  1. Sure why not, this fanbase needs something to get fired up about on gamedays
  2. He is a game manager at best who can get hot for a couple games but that is about it, similar to what Fitzpatrick was.
  3. Chandler by a country mile...
  4. 8-10 wins, more tds than ints and around 3500 yards
  5. 10-12 carries and a few passes out of the backfield....
  6. In the "10 Thoughts with Bills lineman Kyle Williams" Si.com article, Williams talks about how we would have considered entering the military had he not had the opportunity to play college football, calling people in the military "true heroes," He also says that he feels being blessed to play in the NFL is an honor and how winning and losing isnt as important as the relationships that you develop along the way. Sounds like a real classy dude and I am glad that we have him on the Bills. http://mmqb.si.com/2013/08/01/kyle-williams-10-things/?sct=hp_bf1_a5&eref=sihp
  7. I went to college out near the Pittsburgh area and was able to catch a few Steeler games (had free tickets). Heinz Field is a pretty nice stadium and the tailgating was certainly above average. While Steeler fans are known to be a pain in the ass, they are actually quite knowledgeable about football and will show your team respect if they deserve it. The city also has a pretty nice downtown area, especially the south side, where they have a lot of fun bars and clubs. The only downfall, depending on the time of year, is the weather.
  8. Thats one cop I wouldnt wanna give any trouble to....
  9. I do agree with you that he is an average wr. However, since we have so many young wrs on the roster it never hurts to have a veteran presence on the field and in the locker room. He also does bring a lot of special teams value as well.
  10. Yea it really wouldnt surprise if by the end of the year he is our #2 wr and within a few years perhaps even our #1. I know we have Stevie but I feel like Da'Rick is physically more talented.
  11. Even with the failed drug tests and character issues, I was pretty surprised that a guy with a late first round/early second round grade would go undrafted.
  12. I totally agree with you. I see that last wildcard spot as being totally wide open and if we can just catch a few breaks and play a more disciplined style of defense then I feel like we could be that last wildcard team.
  13. Couldnt agree more with you. This team finally seems to be putting talent in the right spots and working toward becoming legitimate again. Wouldnt surprise me if this team won 9 games this year and sneaks into the playoffs!
  14. I totally agree! Its super annoying when those threads get to like 100 plus posts and you cant even find what ya want. Id much rather have several related threads instead of just one big thread.
  15. Yea with what appears to be better coaching and more weapons on offense along with a qb that can actually throw the ball downfield to open up our run game, I dont see any reason why we cant win around 8 games or so. And who knows, with a few bounces that go our way and a stroke of luck, we could even sneak into the last wildcard spot.
  16. Bledsoe was a below average qb that year go take a look at his 2004 numbers. Our defense that year was ranked #2 as well. Bottom line, we need much better qb play and from there, everything else will start to fall into place. Look at how bad the colts were without Manning in 2011 and then they get Luck last year and win 11 games and make the playoffs. It is a qb driven league.
  17. It doesnt matter if Vince Lombardi was our coach during the past 10-15 years, we havent had a qb worth a damn. Unless you have the Ravens 2000 defense, which we never came close to having, then you need a good qb to win in this league....
  18. SI.com has us at 26 in the rankings, a much more appropriate spot for us I feel http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/nfl/news/20130724/nfl-preseason-power-rankings-baltimore-ravens-denver-broncos/?sct=obinsite
  19. Yea no way on earth the Jets and raiders are better than us..
  20. Not that it means much this time of year but CBS Sports has their latest power rankings out and Buffalo is near the bottom.... http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/story/22938859/power-rankings
  21. Yea I do understand your frustration but at the same time every year I still somehow gain a lot of optimism hoping that we can breakthrough our playoff drought and surprise some people.
  22. Either way, that Jets team has the look of a complete trainwreck. No rbs, wrs or difference making tight ends on that roster. Whoever plays qb for them has almost no chance to be successful. I cant see that team winning more than 4 or 5 games.
