  1. +1 to this additionally... 3] (cont'd) "we've just given up our first 100 yd rushing game" is another way of saying "we have only allowed one 100 yd rusher in seven games" which sounds pretty good to me!
  2. DOOOOMMMEEEEDDD
  3. oh sh*t this changes everything! - thanks for the deets, rsherman12!
  4. i think andrew luck and tyron smith are just getting going too. both going to have niice careers. dont sleep on aaron rodgers either - sat on the bench for years so he wont lead any career total stats, but he does things every week that no other qb in this league can do. right now, there is no one better. oh and toss earl thomas in there too.

  6. this dude looks like jairus byrd
  7. this is underrated. the best WRs make it look easy because they're talented at getting separation on their DB - and that's what sammy's been doing. he rarely gets the opportunity to make those contested, circus catches because he's good enough to put himself in positions where he doesn't need to.
  8. “Coach, if you need one yard, I’ll get you three yards. If you need five yards, I’ll get you three yards.” -Leroy Hoard
  9. yes - i agree that he's been adequate and maybe that's all he needs to be. one thing to remember though is that all turnovers count - fumbles included, and orton has fumbled two times in three games. id pay more attention to the td : (int+fum) ratio, than standard td : int.
  10. winning football games isn't about where your stadium is built or any other superstitious hocus pocus. to win, put a better team, with better coaches out on the field.
  11. has it been reported what round(s) the "conditional pick" is?
  12. good work everyone! i'm not in the area for home games, but i plan to get geared up and roll to our game in oakland this december!
  13. save the colts. cant believe im saying this - but go with the browns. if you dont like that, id say the cards.
  14. how many minnesota threads are we going to run with here, holy f**k
  15. this is awesome. sounds like something rex ryan would pull.
  16. I think it's because the mocks, pundits, etc talked about Cam to Buffalo so much that it made me feel like the Bills were entitled to him. I know it's a little delusional, but it's just what being a Bills fan does to you - the draft is our Superbowl [except next year...]. But yes, that 2011 draft class - holy cow. JJ Watt. Tyron Smith. AJ Green. Cam Newton. Marcell Dareus. Aldon Smith. Richard Shermon. Patrick Peterson. Von Miller. Colin Kaepernick. Cameron Jordan. DeMarco Murray. Julius Thomas. The talent that came out that year was just absurd.
  17. This season, Cam has been dealt a subpar roster. His offensive line is atrocious. His backfield is virtually nonexistent. His pass-catchers are inadiquate: he has a good tight end, but his number one receiver is a rookie who was taken 28th in the draft. You have never heard of his number two receiver. On defense, what last year was a top unit has regressed without Greg Hardy or a single legitimate player in the secondary and so far, they have allowed the fifth-most yards in the NFL. Meanwhile, the Panthers lead their division because of the play of Cam Newton. Don't get me wrong, I love Marcell Dareus, he's one of my favorite Bills - but this one hurts. There was a good month during which I was convinced that Cam Newton was the future quarterback of the Buffalo Bills. I remember the hope - the Bills were finally going to get one of the franchise-level prospects at the quarterback position - but it was not to be. Some of you may disagree because of the image that has been established in the media, but Cam Newton is proving himself to be "Elite." The dude is single-handedly winning games for Carolina. And it was all almost for Buffalo. --- *Disclaimer: Yes, I agree, calling a player "Elite" is baseless - but there is no word or phrase that is universally understood to mean the same thing. And yes, I know that Cam is not on the level of Andrew Luck, who is clearly a god of football.
  18. this would be a huge deal if true, the fact that this didn't get a swarm of media attention makes me wonder about its legitimacy.
  19. damn, would be nice to have an only-slightly-below-average player in at guard.
  20. #@$%!! the players leading the best offensive player and best defensive player votes (FJ and KW) are both questionable for week 6 ne @ buf.
  21. Who do you think is the best player on the Bills? Who is the best offensive player? Best defensive player? Here, "best player" means: best at his respective job (do not give some positions higher value than others). Yes - I put Dan Carpenter down as an 'offensive player,' he scores points, deal with it.
