Well, I guess I'm hoping for Jalen Royals here. Landon Jackson or Xavier Watts would be nice picks as well. I'm expecting a 215lb coverage LB.

The teams in our division seem to be drafting to overpower us in the trenches, run all over this defense again this year and try to play keep-away-from-17. And sure, we probably get past that, but then we potentially have Baltimore and Philadelphia to contend with to win a Super Bowl. Our response is to add a 4th rush DT to the rotation. Nice. -

I'd also point out that they ran the ball all over the Bills defense last year. This pick likely makes them even stronger in that regard as well.

They could certainly use an elite pass rusher, but my concern with taking a DE on day 2 this year is that he would just get buried on the depth chart behind the four veterans already on the roster this year. IMO, its a better allocation of resources to take on in the 4th or 5th to compete with Solomon as a developmental guy and then reevaluate the position at the end of the year.

I think they're screwed, barring a trade up. I can't really fault them. The board just fell the wrong way.

Alfred Collins would be my top target, but I think he'll go by the middle of the round. At best, they're looking at the 2nd tier of the 1Ts now.

As I said, I would have picked Tyleik Williams if he'd been available. Not a reach for Detroit. I wouldnt have traded up, but the Bills aren't going to get a quality 1T in this draft.

Expect two or three CBs to go before the Bills pick. They'll take the highest graded one left on the board.

Well, that's too bad. I wouldn't expect Harmon to make it to 30 now, either.

There's no 'fascination' with trading back for its own sake. I want them to draft a 1T with their first pick. If Harmon, Grant and Tyleik Williams (whom I forgot in the first post) are gone at 30, I want them to trade back in order to better match value on Alfred Collins, whom I expect will go in the mid R2 area.

I want them to take either Harmon or Grant, assuming one or both are available. If not, I would want them to trade back and take Collins. I'm all but certain that they're actually going to take the best CB on their board. As long as they solve the 1T problem by the end of day 2, I'm OK with it. I get it, they need a CB or two.
