  1. I'm not so sure that this is an accurate statement. I would suggest that coaches get players that fit their system. Last year they didn't do that and it showed.
  2. what part - Berman is a Jets fan - pretty straightforward - grew up attending Jets games. Says nice things about Buffalo - again pretty straightforward. Maybe he likes having his butt kissed by Bills fans.
  3. That's just ridiculous. Try to win with a poor run defense, teams won't have to throw.
  4. Pretty sure Berman is a Jets fan that says nice things about buffalo
  5. The modern NFL doesn't need to stop the run?
  6. Technically , this is incorrect. MLB has no say in who is on the HOF ballot. This is strictly a move by the HOF, although I'm sure they take their cue from MLB. And 'remembering' someone isn't something you can make a proclamation against doing.
  7. but man, how much fun would it be going there for a game. Casino's all night and go right to the game from there. Vegas is great.
  8. This has nothing to do with being 'plain' politically correct. While I don't agree with the unretire of the number(and really don't care either way) it's a legitimate question for legitimate reasons. Stop trying to act like Trump- one of him is one too many. Will be on TV soon. I read a review saying it's an amazing OJ documentary. https://www.inverse.com/article/15436-espn-s-o-j-made-in-america-documentary-gives-you-what-american-crime-story-didn-t
  9. He was found 'not guilty'
  10. Even though we have what's considered an excellent draft, to expect 3 and maybe more rookies to impact your team is asking an awful lot.
  11. is there a holdup?
  12. Maybe the Sabres will be playing there the same weekend. Great doubleheader!
  13. he's going to miss out on the all the food trucks in the snow in April
  14. Let's not forget that other teams added players as well and expect to improve also. It's game by game that matters, making critical plays and equally as important, avoiding critical mistakes. To borrow a cliche, statistics are for losers. They need to learn how to win.
  15. You're assuming we had cap relief
  16. I'm really excited to watch him play this season. Don't understand people wasting so much time and effort to complain about his contract, they've complained since day 1 and will continue to complain until his career here is over, and likely won't stop there. He's a great back, looking forward to seeing him carry the ball, he's explosive and a game changer.
  17. you've seen him give up 7 yard gains? Is it really that obvious.
  18. can't imagine too much cap savings. That's a pretty big contract, but more importantly, he signed for 5 more years.
  19. how is he an awkward fit? I've heard this before and can't make any sense of it.
  20. Brandt doesn't know what he is talking about. He says Ragland can do well in coverage, but so many posters here say he can't. Who are you going to believe?
  21. so you would have no problem getting rid of mccoy and having Gilleslee take his place? Why would you question Shady's fit in Roman's offense. He was excellent last year when healthy. What doesn't fit?
  22. sounds simple enough, but the fact is we are run oriented team with emphasis on a strong defense to complement the run game. That was the plan at the start of last season, it's not going to change after one season. And we have film of all defenses that we face this season, especially of NE, how much has that helped in the past 10-12 years?
  23. makes sense, that's the only reason we picked him. Probably would have lasted a few more rounds if we didn't.
  24. We don't (are you going to delete this again?)
