I guess the reaction from some, at least me, is that why settle for a QB likely worse than TT, are not better to be nice about it. Many here don't see the logic of dropping Taylor and then hope for something good to happen at QB over the next couple years. It' the defense that hurt us most this year. I wish the focus was there, and I can't understand why it's not.

you want to try to win without spending money at QB? Good luck with that. not for the wrong price? Good. What if Watson isn't available at 10 and what if KC won't trade Foles for a 7th?

they've certainly drafted the wrong QB's, but it doesn't mean drafting CB's was a mistake.

I think with a rookie, it is improbable to match TT in overall quality. You would expect turnovers and those are huge. My whole issue is that because, for whatever reasons you want, we had a highly ranked offense. To let Taylor go without a replacement in place scares me. I stand by the idea that if we improve our defense and maintain our offense we are a playoff team. If we can get a better QB, I'm all for it. But make sure we have one before we cut TT loose.

Suppose the new QB has similar passing stats, you likely don't get 500 rushings yards and 6 TD's and those are significant. And even though we give the new QB similar stats, he will likely have more turnovers. TT doesn't turn the ball over much at all.

Why is McDaniels a candidate after failing miserably in Denver. Didn't he trade up for Tebow? That should disqualify him from any HC opportunity.

You need more CB's on the roster than QB's. And we were wrong to draft 3 RB's in the first round.

Maybe TT wins with Washington on the final game of the season, at home , against a team with nothing riding on it, to make the playoffs. Unlike Cousins.
