  1. Have you ever seen Rivers lose his cool? pretty much every week.
  2. besides that, they'll never support the team.
  3. He lies on his resume : I coached the 46 defense for the 1985 Chicago Bears....
  4. McCoy is better than Ware Watkins better than any WR on the Chiefs You'd have to think we'd have a better offense.
  5. just trying to get one of you guys to mention the defense as an issue.... at least once. Maybe add a little credibility to your arguments. No TT fan that I know of is ignoring his shortcomings. We just want someone better before we cut him loose.
  6. If TT did lead us back to victory in many of those games, wouldn't it just be the other teams QB's fault for not scoring enough?
  7. We really don't know that. Just because it was a scary hit by landry and we feared the worst, he was cleared to play again. It's possible he is at no more risk than any other NFL player is.
  8. Just answer my question regarding the dolphins game. It kills you to criticize the defense when you just want to go after TT.
  9. #BADOL brought up Tyrod leading the Bills on a 90 yard drive in the last minute of the dolphin game to take the lead. The defense gave up that lead. Tyrod led us to a FG attempt in OT, Carpenter missed, Miami runs for 57 on the next play, game over shortly after that. Is that loss on Taylor in your opinion?
  10. He was cleared to play late in the season, the team gave him time to think it over. Great!!
  11. takes 2 to tango- will never happen. Neither teams wants to share, from what I've read. Aren't they already on the west coast? Raiders actually moving inland a bit.
  12. Why is college footlball so exciting , yet 90% of the players will never play a down in the NFL? Because of no parity in college, there are more mismatches which allow for the talented players of all sizes and speed excel. Remember Rocket Ismail , he was a threat to score every time he touched the ball, didn't happen in the NFL. Too many 'good' players.
  13. don't cut off words in my post to make your point. I said 'historically great running attack' #1 in rushing yards, #1 in rushing ave per carry, #1 rushing yards per game, #1 rushing TD's.... I don't recall 'historically' teams finishing higher than #1 in all of those catagories in 1 season. and please, once again, totally dismiss the defenses role in our 7-9 season.
  14. they're in for a big surprise.
  15. I agree about the college offenses, but to do that you need to expand the rosters , widen the hashmarks and speed the game up. If you add more teams, they would be forced to adapt to the shortage of traditional pocket QB's and adopt the college philosophy.
  16. Glad you pointed this out, maybe it's a good thing that Taylor doesn't throw many interceptions. Don't forget both of Brady's were over the middle.
  17. It was pretty good- a historically great running attack and a top 10 scoring offense with Waktins out most of the year and many other WR injuries... do we have to go over this again?
  18. Yeah, seems like he could be a jackass, but he has had great success.
  19. i'm not sure this would be the case, this years playoffs are awful and none of the real crappy teams are playing. I think the NFL would have a more exciting product with more teams and larger rosters, much like college football. In the NFL all teams basically try to get the same type players at the same positions, there's no room for the exciting undersized players we see in college. Look at all the exciting college players that will never play in the NFL. They need to find a way to get those great players into the NFL.
  20. it's not like Dareus has had a horrible career, and besides the whole defense was crap last season. He was also injured. I have no worries that he will play very well next season. Can't imagine how a disciplinarian would be worse for him than Rex was.
  21. as usual, you make a good point. great
  22. I wouldn't pin my hopes on that. He's going to want to win somewhere and have a strong QB.
  23. Most coaches are either from a defensive or offensive background - you generally don't get both in coach. How about you give them a chance before jumping off the peace bridge, or at the very least, wait til he fills out his staff.
