  1. I took the points with the Giants in XXV.
  2. Still one of my all time favorite albums.
  3. Yep, Dabol was creative and was great at teaching Josh how to view the game as a qb, but where he and Brady differ most is Brady's dedication to the run game. Brady had 100% faith in our RB's and blocking. He's is sync with Kroemer too. I didn't expect this at all, but Brady was a great hire.
  4. Same with praying regarding an act of god event.
  5. I think they should. I think by definition, if you intentionally throw the ball into the ground to avoid a sack, it should be a penalty. In your example, the qb has no intention of completing the pass, or shouldn't matter of a receiver is ' in the area'. I agree, I think they should. I've never liked the interpretation of the rule.
  6. I agree, I've always thought that the rule shouldn't be interpreted that way. 'Intentional' should be the operative word, and that was intentionally throwing the ball into the ground to avoid a sack. No intent to complete a pass.
  7. He threw it 3 feet in front, into the ground to avoid a sack, and he did it intentionally, which is grounding.
  8. Do you really think Stafford was trying to complete a pass?
  9. Yeah, by rule it could be. No way he was trying to complete a pass and no way he was trying to get the ball to Nakua. If not a fumble, should be grounding.
  10. Right, I said in a close game, not this game.
  11. Tucker is 22 -30 this season. He's not very reliable this year.
  12. Good call. Who was available that you thought was more reliable?
  13. To which kicker? Bass was 5 for 5 yesterday.
  14. We had first and goal at the 2. A TD would have been preferred. Can't do that in a close game.
  15. Possibly, unfortunately the cap dictates low salaries for players like Hollins, but it would be nice to have him back.
  16. That might be too rich for a WR4.
  17. Turnovers really impact matchups like this. Gotta win that battle.
  18. How about Bass? He's special teams, right? Did you forget 5 for 5 on kicks?
  19. You're putting a target on your back.
  20. We have a very talented offense, but in order to promote Allen, we try to downplay the talent. It's homerism at its finest. Bills fans think it's a joke that Lamar is all pro over Allen, at the same time, give credibility to the rest of the Ravens all pro selections in order to downplay Lamar’s great season. Can't have it both ways. I think Allen should win, but Lamar is equally worthy. That shouldn't be too debatable.
  21. Maybe flowers, and the center are all pro because of Jackson. Really don't care about the FB. My praise of our Oline was shot down with the logic that Allen made them better than they are.
  22. It's comical to me how fans need to take Lamar down to plead Allen's case. They're both having mvp caliber seasons and a compelling case can be made for both. Discrediting Lamar just ruins credibility in my opinion.
  23. Why does everyone keep saying Allen is doing it with less? I know it's in part to convince themselves that Allen should win, but it's not true. Cook is a top tier RB, we have 2 solid backups. Cooper and Shakir are top tier WR, Mack is solid and Coleman is a solid rookie two very solid TE's, one is a first round pick. A top tier Oline. I mean, come on, this is a great offense. We also have an OC being interviewed for HC jobs and a line coach who has been an excellent NFL coach for a long time. Allen still deserves the MVP, but he has lots of help, no shame in that.
  24. I know, my point was that fans are getting in a huff over the results that haven't been announced yet. This has taken over their lives, I've been reading stuff since October on how Allen deserves the award. It's a crazy obsession.
