Teams will be able to sign up to 6 vets to PS, and protect 4 PS players each week(On Tuesday) ,but those 4 can still be poached up to that point

First they have to MAKE the practice squad. Would have to be cut and then would likely get picked up by another team. Cant be automatically assigned to PS,have to exposed to waivers .The "protection" starts on a Tuesday, so they would still be vulnerable for a couple days.

If it comes to a vote...those "elites " dont have a majority . If they sit out a season,they dont get paid. Some players are on their last contract and might consider that reduced (escrow) salary better than nothing. If the NFL goes ahead but some stars sit out..what level of play will we see? What if one team has ALL its players show up and other teams are hampered by stars sitting out. NFL will be "ALL players or none" to ensure parity?

I think you are low on LB(C+) and DL(C). Bills have 2 top,young 'backers and decent depth that can contribute on ST. Often run with only two LBs anyway. The DL also has depth: mix of veterans and young players. I grade each unit at least a B. Oliver might indeed be suspended,Phillips coming back from injury. Bills added Butler and Jefferson inside. Can spot Epenesa, since they rotate DL. Addison and Cox were signed this off season.
