  1. What a waste of time What a waste of time
  2. Perfectly stated! Bills currently at 60-40 pass-run ratio.
  3. Yes,I liked what he did this summer, but he would never play unless there were injuries. Looks like Singletary, Moss ,Cook and....Jones? I personally would be good with Blackshear taking over for Jones.
  4. I wondered if they were trying to make a deal.
  5. Right. I didn't day WHEN Bills would sign a punter but I assume it will after 4pm today. A veteran punter should be fine within a week and the Bills will have a number to check out.
  6. Well said!
  7. I like that Berry is 4 or 5 years younger. Would Beane pay what Martin wants? He got released over salary so I wonder how much Bills would invest in a punter.
  8. Well....possible candidate to be put on 53 then moved to IR? That would ease the TE crunch (assuming they don't trade Howard).
  9. For Kern? He is 36 and won't merit a huge contract
  10. They don't "have" to sign a punter, but they will. Per NFL rules they DO have to get down to 53 by tomorrow, punter or not. Most of us assume they will sign a punter.
  11. "From a PR distraction"? WTH does that mean?
  12. Seriously... in case you aren't joking, Bills have to cut down to 53 by 4pm tomorrow. I think these 6 cuts take them to 73-ish.
  13. They aren't done yet, many more to cut
  14. I had thought about the Matt "syndrome" but didn't want to go there, yet. Thanks for breaking the ice 🧊!
  15. Perhaps they didn't know much at that time, or were hopeful it wouldn't amount to much.
  16. Can't you respectfully use his full name? Who calls him "Po"?
  17. I don't know about "practice squad bonuses "....the minimum PS salary for a veteran is $207,000. It counts against the cap. However, I think a team can pay whatever they want which is attractive to the players and might scare off a team thinking about poaching a player from a PS.
  18. When will he ever be asked to punt again? It was cool of him to punt, but that doesnt make him a better QUARTERBACK. I assume you are kidding but I admire his effort. And,I thought teams are allowed to pay MORE than the PS minimum.
  19. I assume you are kidding but I admire his effort.
  20. I like to think that professionals can function during an issue that they aren't personally involved in. If the team played flat in the Carolina game because of the Araiza case, we have a problem.
  21. Look at Keenum and Barkley career stats....
  22. I never worry about our "cuts" getting signed by other teams. If they aren't good enough to make the Bills 53,well,good luck to them. By Tuesday ,there will be another 800 free agents out there and the Bills will be shopping, too.
  23. He can do all that cheerleading stuff as a member of the Practice Squad.
  24. Cam? McCloud?
  25. There won't be a lot of money available THIS year, and as others have pointed out,he will be another year older in 2023 and NOBODY pays a safety tandem like the Bills would be. I don't believe making POYER happy erases the stink of the Araiza scandal. There is no logical correlation. Bills need to "examine" THEMSELVES and their process to figure out how tney got to this point.
