OMG! Absolutely Funny Josh Allen AI Clips. Enjoy!
Dan replied to Disgusted ills fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Maybe I’m just an old dude. But I don’t like this kind of stuff. It’s clearly all fake, I would think anyone can see that. But there’s something about it that just seems wrong. Stay humble, stay classy. More often than not… we’re on the wrong end of games like that. -
Interesting in-game convo between Shakir and Palmer
Dan replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
You do realize how rare that is to be up by 3 or 4 touchdowns? I do think some expectations are out of alignment with the reality of our current plane of existence. Has anyone considered, that maybe Shakir’s statement was just a bit tongue in cheek given where they were in the game? -
Verbal back and forth is one thing. But trying to hit players is another thing. Granted there’s a line between that and celebrating after a TD. Hopefully the league just tells players.. don’t go near fans in the sideline, celebrating in the endzone is ok. ALSO… people need to stop throwing stuff on the field. Ok one time a ***** was funny. But that’s over. Just don’t do it. It’s not a good look.

I don’t know if the Bills and Ravens can keep that level of intensity and play up all season… but yeah. Last night’s game was by far the best game of the weekend. still just a crazy good game when I think about it.

9/7/25 Post Game Thread - Bills vs Ravens SNF
Dan replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Still a bit in awe. How many times have we seen that exact game… only to miss the final FG, or more likely not force the punt with under 2mins. It was just ..amazing to finally get the breaks (tipped pass to Keon!). Just amazing. Crazy too when you watch last night’s game in comparison to pretty every game I saw part of this weekend. It was closer to a playoff game intensity than a week 1 game. The Ravens absolutely came in and played hard! The Bills took it right on the chin and just kept coming back for another punch. Just incredible. And lets be honest… no one truly expected us to win after Lamar’s incredible Houdini run for a first down followed by Henry exploding for yet another long TD. No one. I can blame anyone for leaving. I really hope we don’t see that team in the playoffs. LOL they’re good! We’re good, too. But I’m hoping for a KC cake walk type road to the SB, not another Ravens rematch. lol. Just me probably. But wow. What a game! Go Bills!! -

Many times in games like this… in particular if the Ravens come out all jacked up and playing hard… is to get a stop and get past the first quarter without being down 2 scores. As others have said, that adrenaline and jam led up play doesn’t last the entire game. Just keep it close, be consistent and let them know all that emotion doesn’t matter. One aspect to the Bills offense I hope they can continue with this season is they rarely get in a slump. They don’t score every drive.. but they score every quarter. They just keep going. No matter how much you shut them down in the first quarter, most teams would find themselves in the 3rd quarter tied and thinking WTF happened. -
Agreed. Although I suspect some of that physicality from the Bills was them playing with a huge chip on their shoulder after hearing all week about how the Ravens were a huge physical team that would just steamroll them. But, I do think losing Rapp and having Bishop in that game and the KC game were back breakers for the Defense… far more than people seem to talk about. Hopefully… the boys don’t start off rusty and bring some juice early! Getting an early lead is the best way to take them out of their comfort zone and force Lamar into errors, IMO. The Ravens are not a team I want to be trailing by 10pts to.

Finally watched the last episode and I don’t know what a lot of you people are talking about, it was a great episode. They showed cuts they showed the practice squad signings they did it all. They just did it with class and dignity for the players and left me just thinking this has to be one of the best run organizations in the NFL.

Right!? WTF. I hate playing the Baltimore Lamar’s.

I’ll pose a final question question/comment (for me): so I crank up the YouTube machine. Totally legit YouTube right? I can watch all 4 episodes of Hard Knocks with the Bills right now (episode 5 is not there yet). If I watch that.. am I stealing from HBO? If I watch all the other content… like old NFL games, ESPN clips, etc. Am I stealing that content as well? How do I know what is legally produced and posted on YouTube and ok for me to watch vs some random dude just posting it without permissions? It’s a bit similar to the streaming live game sites? How do I know which ones are legit? I mean the porn pop ups are usually a tell tale sign… but they’re also a nice bonus. LOL
-
Absolutely inaccurate. Downloaded refers to the content being hosted on the internet and you download it and have a copy on your device. When you stream something… there is no copy on your computer or phone. You watch the stream… then it’s gone. You can’t watch it again unless you stream it again. This is one of the problems with some movie streaming services. You can pay to “own” a movie and stream it anytime, but it’s a different fee to actually download it. Problem is you can’t always stream the movie for a variety of reasons so do you really own it? The pricing is akin to the old days of renting a movie at blockbuster vs buying the movie and having a copy forever. Different price points, different uses for the content. But even in those days people would rent movies and copy them. Just like we all used to record songs off the radio and make our favorite mix tapes. Back to the point, watching an illegal streams isn’t an illegal act. Streaming it is. Watching it is just condoning or supporting that illegal act. But, since the beginning of time people been wanting something for nothin. It’s human nature. I still contend the NFL is driving people to these stream sites with their multi platform streaming and pricing model.
-
And people wonder why illegal streams are so popular?
-
I’m pretty sure I could do that drill and look good. Well, other than actually catching the ball. But I can make THAT “cut”.. that clip seems like a bad representation of a player with no limitations. Lol
-
Here’s another point… “people” typically say let the market decide. If you don’t want to pay for something or don’t like the practices of a company, don’t give them your money. If enough people do that… the company will have to change their business model to win you back. so millions of people don’t like the price of paying for 10 or 12 different streaming services and are speaking with their voice and finding an alternative. Rather than the NFL changing their practice, or working with different streaming services to lower the cost, they choose to go to the authorities and shut down any competition for their services. Honestly, I use a lot of the free streaming sites just because I’m too lazy to look up which channel which service which thing I need (and I already have most) to download on my phone each week to see a game. It’s just so much easier to go to a free site and watch some of the Thursday night game or whatever night it is before I turn it off because the referee screwed the team over. so why would argue for some people it’s not about money it’s just about ease. The NFL is making it practically impossible to watch all their games.

Gabe Davis signing with the Bills (going to practice squad)
Dan replied to Dablitzkrieg's topic in The Stadium Wall
To be fair… I would say this about every young, unproven player on the team.. not just Shavers. -
True. We all know your career is set within 4months of being drafted. If he’s not an all pro now, cut him!
-
Me too! But I’m not convinced. If Shavers doesn’t, not only make the final 53, but see game time each week; I’d be a bit pissed. Especially when they keep trotting Samuel out there to not catch a screen pass.
-
Honestly… is there another WR on our roster that would make that catch?
-
25th!? No way… I’m gonna say we’ll be 38th in Pass D. Best case scenario. I’m a little confused why they even want anyone to suit up and play this season.

Christian Benford left practice early - just needed the rest
Dan replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Probably just had some bad wings last night. -
This is how I see it. It's not about Josh or any of the first string offense proving anything. It seems though they would benefit with some game time together, prior to facing the Ravens. I expected to see the starters getting 2 series this week just to get in sync a bit… shows you what I know!
