  1. No problem. Glad to help. In that case, DO NOT delete the application inside your applcations menu. My suggestion would be to copy your entire "Music" directory to the external drive. Then you should be able to go into iTunes and under the iTunes Menu, select "Preferences". The last tab is "Advanced". Select that and you can Change your iTunes Media location. Change it to the Hard Drive and you should be able to use iTunes like always but it'll just save to and access the music on your external drive.
  2. If you want to remove the iTunes application, itself. Go to the "Applications" folder, find the one called iTunes. And drag it to the trash. iTunes will then be uninstalled from your computer. I assume you don't want to do that, though. Correct? You just want the music file deleted. For the iTunes media files: Click on the "Finder", you'll see a folder called "Music". Open that. Inside you'll find all your iTunes stuff - "Album Artwork", "iPod Games", "iTunes Music". drag the "iTunes Music" folder to the Trash. Then just "Empty Trash" and its gone.
  3. I'd assume emergency. Frye left the game, probably concussion (I'm guessing). Russell came in and then got hurt and had to come out for a play. So in comes JP.
  4. Yep, you were close. Penalities and bad OL play killed us. Although, I'll say they started he game with a great 9+ minute drive, pounding it right down the Pats* throats. The Oline looked great. Of course, they tried to pass first the rest of the game because Lord knows you can't stick with what works. That would be too predictable. Schobel tried to take out Brady's knee. Gotta give him props for that.
  5. "Smells like teen spirit."
  6. UNFRIGGINBELIEVABLE! end to the game!
  7. I'm sorry, but there's gutsy and then there's dumb. That was dumb. You're up by 2 and you give them the ball on the 40? Just dumb.
  8. Actually.... no. JP actually threw the ball past the LOS and he didn't get injured. Edge... JP.
  9. I was just about to post on this. Who the goes for an onside kick in that situation!!! Packers just scored a TD. Wow.
  10. Really? Today was a microcosm of his career in Buffalo. He comes in for 3 plays, 2 bad sacks, one pass that didn't cross the LOS, gets injured and is done. Unfortunately, when I think of Trent Edwards that's pretty much what he's done here.
  11. I don't understand... you don't like the NFL NEtwork because you have cable? Does that mean you have NFL Netwrok or do you not?
  12. Any suggestions for the best place/way to sell 2 used Sirius Radios. I have an S50 and an SL100 with car kits and all the stuff. Both are in excellent condition (don't have original boxes). I was thinking Ebay, but I've never used Ebay so know nothing about it. Everyone just says they always buy and sell stuff on Ebay. I was thinking my local paper, but I live in a small town. So, I was thinking my response might be limited. (I stopped using Sirius when they merged with XM because the stations become watered down, IMO. My wife just got a new car with built in XM, so she no longer needs hers.)
  13. Absolutely not. Ralph is too meddlesome and cheap. I'm holding out for the Cowboy's position.
  14. Why give away all those draft picks? Get Johnson for a straightup trade for Lynch. Although, you do bring up a good point. If Clausen or a top LT isn't available in the 6th round, I'd call the Vikings and make the trade.
  15. I don't understand? Why draft a QB, when we could sign Manning? And get Andre Johnson to go with with Marshall. Oh what the hey... get Chris Johnson as well. ...Now!
  16. Hilarious!
  17. See, I knew losing to the Saints would help us in a tie-breaker!
  18. I would completely and whole heartedly agree. Switching from Mac to Windows or Windows to Mac can be problematic, largely becacuse you just get used to certain things. For example, if you're on the Mac and get used to trashing your drives to disconnect them, it seems cumbersome to find the same function in Wondows. By the same token, you get used to right clicking stuff in Windows and then get on the Mac and wonder why they can't just just give me 2 buttons like I'm used to. So, it's all give and take. However... I've used both OS's somewhat equally since the mid 90's and the Mac operating system is by far the more stable, less buggy of the two. It's not even a comparison. It's kinda like comparing the Bills' offense to the Colts' offense. Yeah they both do the same thing and all. Yeah the Colts aren't perfect. But, one is a heck of a lot more dependable and just plain outclasses the other. I also agree. Always back up all your files - regularly! The Time Machine function on the Mac is a good free way to do that, hence my suggestion. Especially if you're visiting nefarious websites and downloading so much illegal porn that you need a terabyte hard drive to store it all on. Not that anyone that started this thread would do that.
  19. I've wondered the same thing. Most all of these hot GM prospects that we're all gushing over are out of work and had limited success in their last several years at their former teams. IMO, they're all in the same boat as Shanny, good perhaps, in the sense that they're better then what's currently at OBD. But, by no means a guarantee of being a success.
  20. In other words... whatever the Bills do is wrong, whatever any other team does is right. Thanks for the insight.
  21. They contacted him in November and offered him $10 million plus partial ownership of the team (reportedly). How is that a day late and a dollar short? Should they have called him in Sept and offered $15million?
  22. It does seem counterintuitive. However, when you click on the drive and begin to drag it, the "Trash" icon changes to an "Eject" icon. So, its somewhat self explanatory. You just have to click on the drive and start to move it first.
  23. Another thing to consider is using Time Machine to back up your computer to the external drive. I've never used it, because I don't have an external HD; however, I've heard its really simple and easy to use.
