If Josh had a concussion that affected him that much it would have shown up as more severe conditions later. Didn’t happen just like the concussion didn’t happen. There are multiple factors that lead to poor decisions or what appeared to be poor decisions during the game. With multiple new players the offense, including Josh, needed to spend more time together in preseason games.

It is now obvious that Josh Allen needs to play more in the preseason to help get his head back into playing real football.

I agree that a scholarship foundation will not distribute all of their funds every year. They likely have a target number and dollar amounts of scholarships that they want to be sustainable.
