  1. There are eye rolls attached. A LOT of Bills fans believe that McDermott is invincible. If we were to run a poll on here that said something like, “If the Bills lose in the Divisional Round this year, should they fire McDermott?” I would bet that the majority would want to retain him. I don’t think that he can stay even with a Championship Game appearance. If his team isn’t playing for the Super Bowl this year someone else needs to be coaching this team next year.
  2. I’ll keep it to the current team. The coaching staff isn’t good enough. They are holding the team back. They were great to build a program but someone else needs to take them over the hump. Dwayne Casey won coach of the year and was fired that offseason. The Raptors won a title shortly thereafter. I wanted Sean Payton this year. I don’t think McDermott should have immunity. It is Super Bowl or bust this year for him. We cannot waste the best years of Josh Allen.
  3. I remember people on here were excited when the Bills wasted a pick on that scrub 😂. It was the ultimate, “hey, we have heard of him” excitement. I’m surprised that he is still getting a check, but hey Peterman is too. It pays to be a scrub that studies the playbook and shuts up. Those two, combined, have completed just under 51% of their career passes, with 5 TDs and 16 INTs 😂😂. For some context, Jamarcus Russell completed 52.1% of his passes with 18 TDs and 23 INTs.
  4. I’m an Elijah Moore fan. I wanted the Bills to draft him. I like the move for Cleveland. That Jeudy price tag must still be too high.
  5. Apparently the league thought differently 😂😂. Harris at a $1.7M base is a nice deal.
  6. Happy for him!! Hope that he got PAID
  7. He’s a much better fit in this offense next to them. He is what people thought Moss was. My issue is, depending on the money, I would have rather Zeke and a comp pick. I was fine with a late round back to do that role too. Harris is a pretty good back and will help the short yardage offense. He can also play in the event of an injury elsewhere. He’s a nice role player and if the numbers are right, a decent signing. That’s what I have said from the beginning and some have taken issue with that. He’s fine and a nice fit from a skill set perspective.
  8. I agree 100% with everything that you are saying.
  9. This is perfectly reasonable and will hopefully keep Josh hits down. Moss couldn’t get it done. Harris has been good in those situations.
  10. I don’t disagree. He is a fine short yardage option. Harris is an okay back but don’t want people to think that he is some star. He hasn’t been. He’s Jamal Williams without receiving skills and an injury history.
  11. Find where I said “higher.” I said it is the same (4.7 YPC). Please provide that quote. I do believe in being factually accurate. I took issue with someone saying “Harris has 3x the workload” when Singeltary has 368 more touches in his career. I’m not making stuff up. That’s not my deal around here. I provided facts and you can do with them what you will.
  12. Add in the Allen carries and this feels about right.
  13. I was in Louisiana when Fournette was at LSU. I never understood the hype. He was a HS legend and had the body. He just never felt like a great back to me. I used to argue that Zeke > Fournette all of the time. Bijan reminds me of Barkley without the breakaway speed. This draft reminds of the 2013 draft when it comes to skill players. 2023 has better QBs but the rest of the skill players are meh. Bijan jumps out at me because he is a “can’t miss” guy. 2013 produced Kelce, Hopkins, Le’Veon, Keenan Allen and a few others but none were “can’t miss.” Hopkins is the only one of them that went in the 1st and that was at 27. This draft feels like it’ll probably produce some high end players but who knows which ones it will be. I like Robinson because I think that he is likely to be one of the good players to come out of it. P.S. If you ever want to see another Louisiana HS legend go watch Pooka Williams HS highlights. He is by far, the best HS player that I have ever seen. I saw Ja’Marr Chase, Justin Jefferson, etc… in high school.
  14. I rank Bijan behind Zeke and Barkley coming out. I thought Barkley was as good of a RB prospect as I could remember and Zeke is my favorite Buckeye ever. That probably clouded my judgement some. I have him above Etienne, CEH, Fournette, Jacobs, Penny, Michel, Najee and every other first round back in the last 10+ years. This is a garbage draft though so it’s tough to see him at 27. He’s safe with big upside. Harris, to me, is what they wanted Moss to be. He brings a different skill set and can convert in short yardage. Harris rounds out th skill set in the RB room. He’s a decent back. The running game depends on Cook’s development IMO. If he takes a step, which he might, they’ll be okay. Saffold has historically been a superior run blocker to McGovern as well (McGovern is an obvious upgrade overall).
  15. Bruh, are you serious?!? 😂😂 You said a bunch of nonsense about “the whole league knows it.” Hyperbole and exaggeration doesn’t impress me. All that I’ve said is that we lost a decent rotational back and replaced him with a different kind of decent rotational back. Not sure what you’re talking about but I know nonsense when I see it.
  16. I think that Bijan is a can’t miss star. I think that the Bills were really high on him. This draft just lacks top end talent so he will go earlier than expected. He’s a top 5 player in this class. I think that they, and everyone else, loves the player.
  17. Let’s see who got more money before we pretend to know how the league views these players. You’ll look pretty bad saying “the entire NFL knows it” if that’s not how it plays out.
  18. I hope that you’re right. Statistics wouldn’t support that. Cook making the leap is the only way that they will be better than okay. He might just do that. He was good late in the season.
  19. That’s fair. He is definitely a better fit next to Cook. He’s what people wanted Moss to be.
  20. That’s probably a part of the excitement in this thread. He has been GREAT against the Bills.
  21. I don’t think that Harris is better (I do think it is close though). I do think Harris is a better fit next to Cook (who I expect to be the primary back). I’m fine with the signing. I would have preferred a mid-round pick or someone that doesn’t count in the comp formula. With that being said, Harris will be fine and improve the Bills in short yardage. Cook’s development is the best hope for the running game to make the leap.
  22. Singeltary has 368 more touches than Harris. These conversations only work when we apply facts and real info. People can’t just make things like “Harris has 3x the workload.”
  23. Lol, what are you taking about?!? Singletary has 368 more touches!! You think by just making up numbers, people will believe you?? 😂😂 I don’t think they are the same. I think Singletary is slightly better. He’s more durable and a better receiver.
  24. They aren’t where they need to be, but they are incrementally better. Harty is a threat but he is 5’6” (or whatever) coming off a turf toe injury. He’s certainly a ? but was dynamic or a per target basis in NOLA. They LOVED him. He adds that “big play ability.” These other additions are minor upgrades IMO. The offense regressed last year. I’m hoping Dorsey improves this year as well. This offense is still dependent on Josh to carry them.
  25. I actually believe Harty to be the most impactful offensive addition. He’s the guy that adds a dimension that they have been lacking. The rest of the additions are either slight upgrades on their predessors (Sherfield > Kumerow, McGovern > Saffold) or slight downgrades (Harris < Motor) IMO. Harty is a dynamic playmaker that can make things happen on his own. The offense has gotten better overall. They needed to. They needed people that can keep Josh upright and people that can take the ball to the house on their own. Hines has some of that as well and was used sparingly. They still need another WR near the top of the depth chart that can win at all 3 levels.
