  1. We have such an incredible fan base. We deserve a stadium to match us. It’ll be amazing!!
  2. I’m not surprised. It’s a dump. I’ve been to about 1/2 of the stadiums at this point and ours is absolutely the worst that I’ve been to. Obviously we have an emotional attachment but compared to others it is trash. In 3 years we will have one of the nicest stadiums in the league.
  3. This would be a fun thread for people to guess random players who will be busted (other than Isaiah Rogers). It’s kind of like when we guess a random player that the Bills will draft. I’ll go first: Robert Spillane WLB - Raiders
  4. I went that route as well (313). I’m not sure if it’s the same club as where you are but if so we will catch up.
  5. The whole thing was a cluster. I expected it to be difficult but not nearly as terrible as it was. You (likely) didn’t miss out. Generally, I wait for the market to stabilize. I’m assuming that the prices will fall as the summer goes on. I am just not as confident as usual on that with the demand for the game. That’s why I pulled the trigger this morning. That uncertainty was causing me anxiety.
  6. It was just as messy. I just panicked and bought on StubHub. That’s the most that I’ve ever paid for tickets to anything 🙄.
  7. I failed in the presale so this is the route I’m going. Where are you sitting? I’ll try to buy near you.
  8. This was so frustrating. StubHub it is
  9. I had them in my basket but nope… Generally there is a club seat window on all presales. This one was just a mess. I’m now a “bot” apparently. I’ll be on the secondary market I guess.
  10. I have clubs and some decent seniority. Mine was definitely at 10.
  11. 10:00 I was in. Had them in my basket but they it wouldn’t show up
  12. Mine started at 10 am est
  13. Presale was a disaster!! I got in and then just error messages
  14. I’m not trying to be that guy, but that’s not how it works with the Bills. I know a little bit about how things operate there. Beane controls the 53. McDermott is in charge of coaching. I believe a lot of people are capable of the results that McDermott has produced with this roster. It’s Doug Collins. It’s Dwayne Casey. Do we need a new voice to take the next step? That’s my belief. I don’t believe that he is elevating, or holding back, the talent. He’s a caretaker. The Bills do not win BECAUSE of McDermott. That’s what the great coaches do.
  15. McDermott has ZERO control over Beane. If he didn’t trust him at all it wouldn’t matter. They each report to Pegula with Beane in charge of the 53. If you like McDermott, the coach, fine. If you like McDermott, the GM, you’re mistaken.
  16. Lol, you quote some random tweet from 2017. With all due respect, that is not the case. Beane controls the roster.
  17. They are a pretty complete roster that has an elite QB. They have an elite WR and an elite pass rusher. They have some playermakers in the secondary. When you go up and down the roster it is as good as most. Trade McDermott for Andy Reid or Kyle Shannahan and I think we have a Lombardi by now.
  18. They both report to Pegula. Beane has control over the roster. THAT is the truth. Please don’t make stuff up to try to strengthen your point. If you think McDermott is the guy, fine. We disagree. If you think that he has control over Beane, he does not. That is not true.
  19. That’s just not true. They each report to Pegula. Beane is firmly in charge of the roster. McDermott is the coach. You can’t just make stuff up and pass it off as fact. McDermott is not Beane’s boss 😂😂. That’s fair but it’s as good as the Rams roster. I believe that it’s as good as the Chiefs. They haven’t won yet so your point is fair. I’d say that they are good enough with the right coaching.
  20. I agree McDermott built the culture. Beane built a championship caliber roster. It’s McDermott’s job to deliver that. So far, he has failed at it. You don’t get an indefinite leash. There are LOTS of coaches who could have had the same results with the Bills talent. They win WITH him and not because of him. McDermott was the right guy to build the foundation. He may not be the right guy to take them to the next step. That’s where the, valid, Doug Collins comparisons come in.
  21. Um, I’ve watched a decent amount of football. We are in lockstep on this. Dwayne Casey won Coach of the Year for the Raptors and was dismissed that same year. They replaced him with Nick Nurse and won a title. Obviously, Kawhi was a HUGE reason why but it says something that they thought change was needed regardless of how it looked from the outside. This is similar IMO. McDermott is okay. The Bills have a great QB and a really strong roster. A lot of people could produce the results that he has to this point. He gets credit for creating a culture and stabilizing. At this point though, he should be on the hot seat. This team is built to win the Super Bowl. He has not gotten there yet and has been outcoached in the playoffs the last few years. If he doesn’t get it done this year someone else should have the opportunity.
  22. I have so many but a few that jump out: - The Watkins move was the right move at the time. - Josh Rosen was my favorite QB in that draft. - Whitner was an okay pick at the time. - If drafted 10 years later, Roscoe Parrish would have been a star. - Jim Kelly is the most overrated player in franchise history. He was a good QB but not an all-time great. (Not sure that this is embarrassing but controversial). - Marv Levy held the early 90’s teams back. (Again not embarrassing but controversial)
  23. He is the exact opposite IMO. He won with a great QB and a bunch of guys. Brees played with ZERO skill players that went to the Pro Bowl. Payton schemed guys open EVERYWHERE. He won a Super Bowl and was the worst missed call ever from going again. Add in the Minnesota Miracle and he could have been to 3. He is MILES ahead of McDermott as a football mind. Payton is a terrible husband and has some other demons but a great coach. I lived in New Orleans for his whole tenure and followed the Saints pretty closely (you can’t avoid it there). I don’t mean to be so dismissive here when people downplay Payton. He and Brees were the reason that those teams won so often. They won because of him not despite him. The talent was just okay everywhere else. The Bills win WITH McDermott not because of him.
  24. I thought that they should have replaced him with Sean Payton this offseason. McDermott is okay. The Doug Collins comparisons are right IMO. The Bills would be good with ANYBODY coaching them. He is not elevating them. He isn’t necessarily hindering them either. He’s a caretaker. In order to get to the next level, I would have hired Payton. You could do worse than McDermott. You can do better also.
  25. This has come up here a couple of times. At this point, it’s the most appropriate comparison IMO. I advocated, last year, for Sean Payton this year, if the Bills didn’t (at least) go to the Super Bowl. Sean Payton with Allen and Diggs would have won multiple Super Bowls imo. It remains to be seen if McDermott is good enough when it matters most.
