  1. I’m sorry Hap but “The future is ok” pretty much says exactly what I’m trying to convey. If you want to close it go ahead but the title is what I’m trying to get across.
  2. Ha ha, I often go to a real place but bitcoin has been my preference for cashing out online. I buy amazon gift cards with it. At least I did until I donated this money to god knows whom.
  3. Doug Marrone is a really good football coach and an a-hole.
  4. Ha ha, I withdrew some last night to bitcoin. I lost my bitcoin password which basically means I am out that money. I’m so pissed. I have been looking for it.
  5. It’s funny some say “you are so negative” and then others yell “quit drinking the kool-aid.” I always think that this place is at its best when people have honest debate. It isn’t always going to be sunshine and rainbows or doom and gloom. It’s somewhere in the middle. We aren’t good now but there are some things that make you feel that the future is going to be bright. It’s certainly early but we may have the QB (and he wasn’t my choice). He has a ways to go but today was a positive to me in terms of Allen.
  6. To be clear, I’m not happy with the process. I liked what I saw of Allen. This team is not good but if they found their QB they can succeed. Today was a step forward IMO. I expected this team to be really bad and this year was about Allen. I have hope that we are heading in the right direction.
  7. I’m just going to post this here. I have been on fire 8 of 9 this weekend. edit: I couldn’t post it but hit 5 team teaser this week and last.
  8. Sorry but that’s not how I took this post:
  9. I agree 100%. I’m just saying that losing him is not a big deal. It’s a story because he was playing 10 minutes earlier. He should have finished the game.
  10. Oh, that offense is awful. There are holes everywhere. That was part of what encouraged me. He is playing with trash. The fact that he could make them function was a positive sign.
  11. As always, what I relay here is based in fact. Again, I have no issue if people disagree with my opinions. They do all of the time. When I provide information though, it is fact. I wouldn’t bring it otherwise.
  12. You called me out for my “deep throat source.” I sent you a PM as proof. I don’t like my credibility and honesty being brought into question. Whether you like what I have to say or not, I don’t care. Just don’t pretend that I am lying.
  13. I didn’t end with trust the process. I said “trust the progress.” That’s the young guys. There are many, many posts where I’ve questioned this regime. I just think that they might have hotbed on the QB. That’s what this entire year is about.
  14. Well I just sent you a PM with a text from 9/9/18 saying that was in the cards. You might not agree with me but don’t ever call my credibility into question. I have always told it like it is and shared information that was relevant.
  15. I’ll PM you the text. Check your PM and the dates. I’ve ALWAYS told the truth here.
  16. I never said that I was a process guy. If you’ve been paying attention I have been one of the last adopters. I think that Allen can play. That will cover a lot of the other flaws.
  17. FWIW, I got a text from a poster here on September 9th that said Davis was about to retire. This wasn’t a shock in the room. Maybe they didn’t expect it at halftime but Davis wasn’t going to be be here for long.
  18. You can watch with me anytime. I’ve been called a lot of things on this board but rarely am I called delusional. I’ve always been pretty fair when it comes to the Bills.
  19. I know that I haven’t been a “process” guy from day 1. I wanted to see what these guys did first. I think there has been good and bad. With that being said, Allen looks like a player. He was one of the best players on the field today for the Bills. He wasn’t perfect but there was a lot to like. Secondly, Vontae Davis retiring at halftime is the most overblown story of the year. He was a CB that was done, making $5M a year. He makes no difference on the field. IMO, that’s a total non-story that has gotten WAY too much attention. If Ramon Humber decided tomorrow that he was never playing again it would be more impactful IMO. The Bills aren’t going to be good. Those people that thought .500 was in the cards need to get realistic. At the same time, they showed some progress today and may have found the most important position in sports. If they give him some players we can be good again by as soon as next year. I walked out of today with an optimism that I haven’t had in a long time. Trust the Progress
  20. I wouldn’t hire Harbaugh to coach an 8 year-old team
  21. I wasn’t an Allen guy. I really, really liked what I saw from him.
  22. I think that we all owe a tip of the cap to @thebandit27. He was all over Mahomes when he looked like a 4th round pick. Bandit was all over that. He was right (as usual). He may be the best poster on this board too.
  23. He’s the perfect guy for it. There are clear upgrades on the street. He can’t ever play in an NFL game again. It makes perfect sense to look for a guy that may be able to back up Allen for a while (or even short-term).
