Raiders are open to trading Davante Adams
Kirby Jackson replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m not a Pickens fan. He has a ton of talent but has been a problem since well before he entered the NFL. I have no interest in giving up a decent asset for him. If they were just “done” with him and would take a late round pick, sure I’ll take a chance. He could be a star. I doubt it but if it was a late pick or mid round pick swap, sure. If it fails, cut him or trade him. If they’re willing to trade him, that tells you a lot about him. They kept AB under control for years. -
PSL Pricing/Seat Selection Discussion
Kirby Jackson replied to Spiderweb's topic in The Stadium Wall
They easily sell out. They have PSLs for $8K in the club. There will be tons of PSLs at $2500 or less. The Bills haven’t released the pricing yet so that they can adjust as needed with the most populated areas of the stadium. They’ve only released the most expensive so far. The hard part is done (or mostly done). I’m not sure everyone fully understands that. The thought for most is, “the people with the most expensive seats are the likliest to buy in the new stadium because they have the disposable income.” The reality is you might be asking those people for $40K for 2 PSLs as opposed to the people still coming that may be $3K for 2 PSLs. There’s a 10 year payment plan option. The people that had to make the tough financial decisions are pretty much through the process. It’s going to cost more than it does currently but don’t think that the vast majority will get “priced out” moving forward. The people that got whacked the worst were the people in the lower level between the 30’s. -

Talented? 😂😂 -
Yep!! It’s definitely a little misleading.

I saw exactly what Matt Harmon saw. I posted it on here well before the tweet. Matt Bove had a similar view to me and said the same thing. I’m yet to find ANYONE that thought they were open and I’m certain the all 22 will show that. The Texans fan in front of us thought it was hysterical. I’m passionate about surrounding Josh with talent. I’m a believer that, if, you’re ever going to win one it will be because of Josh Allen. Why do we surround him with the worst playmakers in the league? Yes, they may be 32, but no better than 30th. I don’t understand that logic? You need to get talent around him to turbocharge him. Instead, they tried to make him overcome their shortcomings. That should cost some their jobs. We are wasting the prime of the most talented player that we’ve ever had (with the possible exceptions of Bruce and OJ). He also happens to play the most important position in sports. We have him targeting Mack Hollins 12 times in 2 games. Shockingly, that resulted in 3 catches for 32 yards. Josh wasn’t good yesterday. The guys blanketed all over the field is the biggest reason why. They just lock up those scrubs and blitz like crazy. This is the new reality until talent arrives.

Let’s see what the top WR analyst in the world has to say:

He looks off and has, arguably, the worst pass catchers in the NFL, but there is no correlation?

Josh Allen Performance Yesterday..a Redux
Kirby Jackson replied to Rich Stadium Original's topic in The Stadium Wall
Exactly!! Honestly, I was screaming for him to run more. That was the only option. -
Which play was worse yesterday, Coleman or Davis
Kirby Jackson replied to LabattBlue's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is a tough call. The Coleman play was worse but he also made a play. Davis has been invisible after a decent camp. -

You can add Bishop to that list. That poor guy had a rough afternoon. -
Everybody eats!! 😂😂 On a side note, how pissed must Josh be with this? He will always be a good solider but I’d imagine he was FUMING yesterday with that performance. He was getting his head taken off as guys were blanketed.

I sat up top and watched every route that he ran. Watch the all 22, with an open mind, and come back with a review of his game. It’s incredible. I am sorry that you believed in that scrub and that room in general. My bias was just a sad reality. I thought that the guy was horrendous and it turns out he’s worse than I could have imagined. I’m willing to wager whatever that Mack Hollins will never see 6 targets in a game again (barring injuries). He played himself out of the rotation yesterday. He has 12 targets over the last 2 weeks. He has 3 catches for 32 yards!! If you throw the ball towards Mack, plan on 2.67 yards. To be clear, Josh was bad today. What everyone will see when they go back through the game, they just sent pressure and NO ONE was open. This was not a good game for Josh but there were multiple guys worse than him yesterday. -
I am all for a bold move for McMillan or Burden. Trade the following year’s 1 and a 2 if needed. You need a guy AT THE TOP OF THE DEPTH CHART!! We don’t need another “guy to eat.” To get that guy, you either have to use a lot of draft capital or a lot of cap space. Trading down for the next Keon Coleman isn’t an option.

He was bad. Killer penalties. The guards weren’t good. Josh was bad. Brady was bad. Mack Hollins was the worst player. I could see everything from up by the moon. It was incredible to watch. The All 22 will be something to behold. -

In a lot of ways this is the conversation. Is the talent so bad, that regardless of how good or bad the plan is, it does not matter? That’s where I leaned when things were good and am further emblodened in that position now. Even if they wanted to “do something differently” they don’t have the guys to get it done. The pass catchers are next level bad. Josh is going to have extra pressure from here on out. No he wasn’t. Mack Hollins was WAY worse. Josh wasn’t good yesterday. Mack Hollins couldn’t have played for ECC yesterday. -
Yep and it isn’t easy when everyone is playing 10 in the box against you. The biggest fear entering the year was that the WRs would be so bad teams could deploy extra men to attack the QB. That’s EXACTLY how it is, predictably, playing out.

What O adjustments can the Bills make short of a trade?
Kirby Jackson replied to GASabresIUFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t mean to be Debbie Downer but I’m not sure that there are other options. I guess that they can take the PS receivers and replace Hollins and MVS. You hope that Shavers is an upgrade on Hollins and Hamler gets down the field. You hope for Robert Foster-like lightning in a bottle. Hoping to get lucky is not a great plan. -
Raiders are open to trading Davante Adams
Kirby Jackson replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
That is what has been discussed. It will mean that you’ll pay a premium for him. You probably have to go up at least a round or add another asset to get them to agree to pay it. As an example a 3 might become a 2 or you add someone like Elam. I think Hopkins is most likely followed by Cooper and then Adams. -
The irony is this IS the guy that he can be at his best. He was a running back in college. It’s the poor design and predictability of his use that’s been bad. He hasn’t been good but he should be used liked Deebo. He isn’t a straight boundary WR. He never was. He CAN do some of that. He also can get some carries. He should catch some swings. He should catch some slants. He should run some downfield routes when healthy. Samuel has been bad. The Bills have no idea how to get him into space. Both are true. For me, I think he is about an 8 touch a game guy. 4 carries, 2 slants, a swing and a streak would work.

Moss led the league in TDs 2 of his 3 years in New England. Lol, he had 1500 yards and 23 (yes 23) TD catches one year.
