  1. I’m not trying to talk you off the ledge but he was a 5 star recruit. To play devil’s advocate he was an All-American as a freshman and a dominant player. He played at Houston and received tons of attention because the rest of his team wasn’t exactly loaded with talent. They also misused him. They played him a lot over the center which is really stupid. The Bills knew that. They will slide him over and he will penetrate. He’s going to be a nightmare. The Bills are really, really good in the secondary IMO. They did it last year despite a not-so-good pass rush. With a little more penetration I expect more turnovers and that’s a good thing. This is a home run IMO.
  2. Wait a minute, is this the guy that wore the jacket that wasn’t supposed to?!? Oh man, I can’t believe that the Bills would take him!! That’s not a process guy!! What are they doing?!? He put on a coat that was reserved for active players!! I hate the pick!!
  3. The Bills can go from 40 to 33 for just a 4th & 6th (in addition to 40). It may be worth it with Metcalf and Taylor (amongst others on the board). I’m hoping that the Bills pick 3 times today. This day feels like the strength of the draft.
  4. This is kind of how I feel. This was a really easy decision. He was, without question, the best player available and at the biggest position of need. A penetrating 3 technique is EXACTLY what this team is lacking. This was a no-brainer if there is such a thing. I couldn’t be happier with the pick!!
  5. Oh Gettleman
  6. Without being too out of control, I’m trying to get Taylor and Metcalf. Give up the 3rd and both 4ths if necessary. Oliver, Taylor and Metcalf would be a home run for the Bills.
  7. Williams, Oliver, Wilkins, get ready Brady
  8. Yeah, but everyone is going to say that to try to drive the price down. If someone is going to trade up for Daniel Jones, Rosen is a way better idea.
  9. Rosen for their 2nd makes sense
  10. My mother spent a few days in hospice and the people were unbelievable. The hardest decision that any of us has ever made was to do that but in hindsight it was the right decision. God Bless Pancho and his family
  11. This really put a damper on today. He’s a great guy and a fighter. Prayers up to him and his family
  12. If it is anything like here it is NASTY. We have tornado warnings and stuff right now. It looks like the apocalypse outside.
  13. - Jonah Williams at 9 - Joejuan Williams at 40 - Trayveon Williams at 74 - Dexter Williams at 112 - Preston Williams at 131 - Jamel Williams at 147 - James Williams at 158 - Bryson Williams at 181 - Aeris Williams at 225 - Darrell Williams at 228 This is how I expect things to go unless the Bills trade up for Quinnen Williams. If that happens all bets are off
  14. I could 1,000% get behind these 2 trades!! I’ve said all along that my hope is that the Bills pick 4 times by the end of tomorrow. In this scenario they would have 5 selections. Sign me up!!
  15. I was trying to find a way to do it without the Bills giving up 74 but they’d be getting a premium. I’d rather both 4’s personally because I think day 2 is the strength of this draft. It is just too much of a premium. I think that the other option is a 3&4 from Atlanta for 9. If they have 2 3’s and 3 4’s maybe that’s better ammo to get the 4 picks in the 1st 2 days that I want?
  16. He’s probably my answer as well. Injury concerns mixed with so-so production. He just feels like a guy that doesn’t love football. Really?!? He has arguably the best motor in the draft. If you said Oliver because of his size or length, you’d get no debate. If we aren’t drafting Ed Oliver because he put on a winter coat...
  17. This was a great idea Reed!! It really is a lot quicker for me than my constant twitter scrolling. Keep them coming!! ?
  18. Oliver but I don’t think it will happen
  19. The Patriots have made something like 55-60 trades in the draft since BB got there. It is almost 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 trading up, trading back and trading for a player. People always think of them just trading down but they actually are all over when it comes to the moves that they make.
  20. Well thought out as always Bandit!! I’m not as high on Lawrence as I was a year ago at this time (maybe that’s a me problem). I’d probably lean toward Tillery at that point (despite the fact I loathe nerds). If they walked out of the 1st with Metcalf and a starting DT they should be thrilled.
  21. I’m slightly different: Murray - Cards Haskins - Bengals Lock - Raiders Jones - Redskins Rosen - Giants
  22. I’ve tried to contain myself but I can’t stop thinking about that play. Honestly, I love the potential of Campbell but agree with Yolo that he is more of a weapon than a WR. I think that the Bills need a guy that COULD be a number 1. I don’t think that’s Campbell. If they were to draft him though, and use him correctly, he will make some HUGE plays. I didn’t post the one against Michigan who is loaded with defensive talent. I promise that Campbell is explosive. But if you want to watch him run away from Michigan...
  23. Honestly, yes he can be just faster than everyone. There is a play that just jumps out at me every time I think about Campbell and it was this TD vs. Indiana. Watch the way that he outruns the angles!! That’s a different kind of fast (sorry for the music).
  24. So true!! Think about how many hours we have spent, watching, discussing and reading about these guys. I can’t even fathom the amount of time. I’m comfortable in saying though, that I spend more time (significantly) on the Bills when they are not playing than actual game action.
