What happened to Scott Berchtold?
Kirby Jackson replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think in some ways it was “semi-retirement.” It’s similar to what happened to people like Bill Munson and Jerry Foran a decade earlier. Basically, they were stripped of any and all power but still got to collect a check until they didn’t want to work anymore. -
Stadiums with the Most Expensive Food and Drink
Kirby Jackson replied to Scott7975's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That’s the food and drink tab each game. So for the 41 home games looking at about $33k for nonsense. He really just uses it for staff, family and a few business associates. -
Who goes up on the Buffalo Bills “Wall of Shame”
Kirby Jackson replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He opened the season as our starter after getting picked 5 times in a half. The entire country laughed at us as we tried to convince people that he could play. -

Yeah, the suite prices are absurd!! My client has one here in the arena and he said that his bill is over $800 every game -
Who goes up on the Buffalo Bills “Wall of Shame”
Kirby Jackson replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Are people really not putting Peterman up there?!? He is literally the worst QB in history!!! We kept trotting him out there and acting like he was a viable option. Nothing has brought more shame to this franchise than his performance against the Chargers. That whole situation was an absolute, predictable, train wreck. He is numbers 1-10 on the list. -

Sporting News ranks all 32 NFL coaches for 2019
Kirby Jackson replied to Bubba Gump's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
FWIW, I’m not a big McDermott fan. I find him to be kind of fake. I think he’s a pretty good football coach though. His teams are prepared and don’t beat themselves. He just hasn’t had a lot of talent. This year we are going to find out though. This team SHOULD compete for a playoff spot. -
Gunner's Roster Thread 2019
Kirby Jackson replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Nice job GB!! I’ll nitpick a little but nothing major: Zay to black Maurice Alexander to red Jordan Phillips to black DiMarco to red Shaq to black (with the uncertainty always surrounding Murphy he’s the insurance) -

There is definitely room to move people around. I tried to do it without too much “resume factoring.” Jon Gruden won a Super Bowl and I don’t think he’s very good. My approach was pretty simple, “if my team could pick any current HC, what’s the order that I would draft them in?” So, while there is some “resume factoring” I really tried to look more at their coaching ability (or at least my perception of it). -

I’d agree if OJ wasn’t up there. -
Who Should Be Next On The Wall Of Fame?
Kirby Jackson replied to BillyWhiteShows's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is easy to me (keep in mind I wasn’t alive for Byrd). Bennett was the best of the LBs and the 2nd best defensive player on those Bills teams. There are a bunch of guys up there that he was better than. He was a 2 time AFC DPOY and the guy that elevated the Bills from good to great. Forget about the off the field stuff (OJ is up there), Biscuit is WAY overdue. -
Who is Your Favorite New Player to This Point ?
Kirby Jackson replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
My favorite is Ed Oliver because I expect him to be the best. I wouldn’t even be a little surprised to see him in the Pro Bowl this year. Off the radar a little, I like Singletary because I pounded the table for him. It would be nice to be vindicated. l like Beasley too because he’s can rap. We’ve needed some swagger. -

Bills fans in Fairbanks?
Kirby Jackson replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He’s 6 hours from there he said. I don’t know. There are a bunch of people here that I’d like to watch a game with (and have in some situations). I much prefer to watch with people that really know what’s going on vs. casual fans. My brother was a college QB, coach and really knows the Bills. He’s one of my favorite people to watch with too because he sees some things that I don’t. It gives me a more well-rounded sense for why the game or a play ended like it did. -
If we weren’t in the offseason I probably wouldn’t have taken up space here but it’s important to me. I have a friend and DIEHARD Bills fan that is moving to Fairbanks, Alaska as we speak. He knows the team well, travels to games, still has his seasons, hosts on the road and is close with the McCoys. His wife is a doctor in the military and that’s their new spot. Just hoping to find a few people that I can link him up with to watch games. This guy really knows his stuff and is one of my favorite people to watch with (even if we disagree on certain things). If anyone knows Bills fans that way either put it here or shoot me a PM.

Buffalo Bills: A potential breakout rookie in 2019
Kirby Jackson replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They lost me at “could push Milano.” Milano was having a Pro Bowl year in year 2. I like Joseph and think that he could find snaps but it’s not at the expense of Milano assuming he’s healthy.- 51 replies

Is Donovan McNabb Hall of Fame Worthy?
Kirby Jackson replied to Mike in Horseheads's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I go back-and-forth on this. He’s the kind of guy that if he got in no one would blink at. Once he was in he’d be one of the guys that future HOFers pointed to as a reason for their candidacy. -
Which of these do we need to retire first?
Kirby Jackson replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ughh!!! They have different jobs!! If you are keeping McBeane I’m keeping Hallen which is a combination of Jerry Hughes and Josh Allen because apparently they do the same thing. One guy buys the groceries and one guy cooks the meal. -
Roll call for those betting over 6.5 wins
Kirby Jackson replied to billsintaiwan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don’t hate 13:1 on the division. That feels possible (not likely) but possible. 13:1 on that is a decent number. Anything over about 10 I would consider. -
Teams Wanting To Pick 1st in 2020.....
Kirby Jackson replied to Bill from NYC's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Have you seen a lot of Tua? His game doesn’t have a lot of (or really any) holes. Accurate, smart, experienced, athletic, with an elite pedigree doesn’t lead to a lot of questions for me. His size maybe is a concern but other than that he’s a big time prospect. He has a very, very, very high floor. -
Teams Wanting To Pick 1st in 2020.....
Kirby Jackson replied to Bill from NYC's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think that this is potentially a “new trend.” I don’t think it will be everywhere but we just saw the first team in 30 years to take QBs in round 1 back-to-back. The slotting is a huge reason why as are regime changes. I don’t think that we will see teams like Jacksonville staying married to a guy like Bortles for as long as they did. The leashes are getting shorter and now there is some precedent with a regime change. If Murray plays well it will further embolden teams. I bet we see this 3 or 4 more times (at least) in the next decade.
