  1. This may be my favorite one yet!! Got great value across the board. This would be the best case scenario for the Bills. Basically, the guys that I wanted all slipped a round. There are always a bunch of guys that go a round or 2 after they should. It’s just not always the guys that you want to draft. 54: R2P22 S ANTOINE WINFIELD MINNESOTA 86: R3P22 RB J.K. DOBBINS OHIO STATE 128: R4P22 EDGE JONATHAN GREENARD FLORIDA 167: R5P21 RB ANTONIO GIBSON MEMPHIS 188: R6P9 WR JAUAN JENNINGS TENNESSEE 207: R6P28 OT JACK DRISCOLL AUBURN 239: R7P25 CB JAVELIN GUIDRY UTAH
  2. Jordan is my favorite athlete ever (and it really isn’t close). The 90’s Bulls and 90’s Bills made me the sports fan that I am. I’ve been looking forward to this forever!!
  3. I’m not sure I’ve seen one person have ANYONE ranked over Chase Young. There’s a difference between the big board and the draft. Most teams will take the QB grades closely first. Most teams aren’t the Browns ?.
  4. @GunnerBill quick question and it’s okay to say “I don’t know yet.” Do you have Fields and/or Lawrence ahead of all of these guys? It feels like they are certainly considered better prospects from a talent/health standpoint but just wondering.
  5. I don’t disagree at all. I actually agree 100%. With the first 2 picks I’d prefer guys that, at worst, can play. That’s part of the reason that I’m anti-Okwara. I was just saying, that I could see the justification and gamble. This is especially true with Beane’s willingness to gamble. I’m generally like that but don’t feel that’s appropriate in the Bills current situation.
  6. FWIW, there is chatter on the old inter-webs that Gibson is going to go a lot higher than people are expecting. He may not have a position but he’s an explosive playmaker. As crazy as it may sound the Bills could be in position to take a “luxury pick” like this. They do not have many needs.
  7. Again though, if I told you pick 128 was going to rush for 1,152 yards and catch 72 balls this year you’d be thrilled. If he walks next year, you get the 2022 comp pick and it cost you nothing.
  8. He’s coming off of his best year though. He had 76 catches too. If the Bills could get him for 128 or 167 it would lend them so much flexibility in the draft.
  9. I’d be cool with that. They could do something like 54 & 128 for 62 & 94. That works out almost perfectly. The Bills would have 62, 86, & 94 in that scenario. That’s one avenue to the 3 picks in the top 100ish that I think they want.
  10. Not at all, in fact I suggested it months ago (same with trading for OBJ). The Bills NEEDED a number 1 receiver. They didn’t just need “a” receiver.
  11. He can’t get into the 1st. The math doesn’t work. It would cost our entire draft to move to like 38. He will come up but not from 54. He may try to package 128 and 167 to get to like 115. He may even be REAL aggressive and package 128, 188 and 86 to get to like 74 but that would be pretty much the draft. The Bills would pick 54, 74, 167, 207 & 239 in that scenario. It’s just not mathematically possible for the Bills to move up without using next year’s draft capital. They already dealt next year’s 4th. I’d be SHOCKED if that happened. That’s a huge reason that a Fournette deal make sense for the Bills. If they can get Fournette for 128 or 167 it’s great value. It doesn’t hurt the Bills chances of moving around the board either.
  12. Not to pee in your Cheerios but the math doesn’t work. I wish that it did but it doesn’t.
  13. Makes a ton of sense for Miami. They are desperate at RB and have 14 draft picks.
  14. I haven’t seen him to the level that Gunner has but have seen enough to believe that he’s boom or bust. I called him “Maybinish” last week. That doesn’t mean he will be a bust it just means a lot of what people like about him is what they liked about Maybin. He has big downside. Greenard and Anae have much higher floors IMO. Anae has a ton of production and didn’t test well. He a classic case of people overthinking it. He was great at the Senior Bowl too. He’s a football player first. If he tested like Okwara he might have been the 2nd DE off the board. Greenard will be 23 when the year starts. He’s a refined player that’s mature. He started his career at Louisville and finished at UF. He was productive there. He has a well-rounded game too. He actually reminds me some of Shaq. He’s a guy that will do a little bit of everything and can help now. He’s not quite the pass rusher that Anae is IMO but is a really solid player.
  15. Trade a later round pick for him and if he walks next year get a comp pick the following season.
  16. Ha ha, well that goes without saying. The run was what it was but the HIIT workout was intense. The picture is one of the creepier things that I’ve ever done. I had told my dad and brother that I ran by him like a day or 2 before. I sent the picture the next time. You can’t really see but that’s him and some girl near the top. I sold the original to TMZ.
  17. Yes please!! As an aside, I’ve seen him working out twice in the last week. Once he was running by City Park and the other day he was doing a HIIT workout. The dude is a beast.
  18. I don’t get that Okwara love. I have no interest in a raw, wiry, pass rusher. The Bills are ready to win. A guy with a low ceiling shouldn’t be the pick at 54. If you want to take some late round fliers on high ceilings, go for it. I just wouldn’t squander 54 on someone like that. I’d rather Anae or Greenard at edge. At worst, those guys should be productive. Okwara could be Maybin.
  19. Nope!! He’s real and at some point we will be naming this thread after him
  20. ...me waiting for DeColdest Juan Crawford to start using up some of his eligibility
