  1. That’s not who Motor is IMO. He’s not an elite receiver. He’s a guy with extremely quick feet that’s tough to bring down. He plays in a phone booth. Edwards-Helaire plays in space. That’s what I think the Bills need to combine with Motor (who is going to be a star).
  2. You have a better chance of getting Drew Brees out of New Orleans than Taysom Hill. They would build a statue of the guy.
  3. I dunno but he would be a GREAT fit in Buffalo. He’s Sproles 2.0. He’s the perfect 3rd down weapon.
  4. I’m way on the liberal side on this board and think that I’m okay without it. Just hire the best football coaches. If we get to that point, like the NBA has, it’s so much better. If Bienemy is better than Rhule, so be it. If Rhule is the better candidate so be it. Token interviews aren’t advancing anyone despite the additional “exposure.” Stop thinking about what they look like and ask, “is this the guy I want leading my football team?” If the answer is yes, hire him.
  5. Borderline but would be a nice replacement for Lorax
  6. I’ll just throw out a name that I haven’t seen yet to be different - Kenneth Murray.
  7. Dobbins goes before both IMO. Etienne may as well.
  8. Yeah, I’m surprised it was even suggested.
  9. Wonder if he can pick his own OC there ???
  10. He really does!! My cousin used to get high with that guy in Ft. Meyers. IMO, he’s much better on his feet than Divine but similar explosion. You used to be able to blow on Noel Divine and he went down. Pooka runs through tackles believe it or not. I guess time will tell. I saw some early projections that have him coming out and going late 1st early 2nd. I may be wrong but I’m not changing my mind.
  11. People were paying $1000 a flight to get to Houston. I know it’s a playoff game but still Bills fans are different. There is a destination on everyone’s list each year. This year was Nashville (and Miami as always). Next year Vegas is the list. It’s easy to get to, rooms are cheap and you can convince your buddies to go pretty easily. That’s why I think it will rival any game ever. As an example, when we travel we may have 8 or 10 of the people that would like to go. With Vegas it will be double that. No one is finding a reason not to. Additionally, people are talking about it now. There is PLENTY of time to save and prepare. Unless it is around the holidays or their 1st game it will be packed with Bills fans.
  12. I disagree here. EVERYONE is planning on going to Vegas. Unless it is on a holiday weekend or something it will be insane.
  13. I’m a little surprised but 60 year old defensive coordinators aren’t exactly exciting hires.
  14. It was just weird. There are lots of times (or always in our case) where the Bills are EXTREMELY well-represented. That’s the only time that I’ve ever seen the road team have the majority. I really don’t believe that’s hyperbole either. That stadium was AT LEAST 50% Bills fans.
  15. To me that is most likely Ceedee Lamb. If he somehow makes it to 15ish (which is possible because he won’t blow away the combine) Beane will be on the phone.
  16. This is where I think I’m leaning (I like Jefferson too). I would guess most drafts he’s a top 12ish player but because of the receiver depth in this class he may be there at 22.
  17. One of my favorite things about the road is meeting you fools!!
  18. Because they both are ball carriers first and work inside out. Kamara works outside in.
  19. I just think that the Bills need more explosion. Henry is a really good back (and doubt he goes anywhere). He’s just similar to Motor. Kamara is more like Sproles. Kamara is better as a “weapon” than an RB.
  20. Yeah, I’m not sure that I would do it but I think they will. If they can get that package it’s much better than a computer pick a year later. There has been a lot of talk around here about him being a different player without Ingram. He did not have a very good year. This would feel like an early 2000’s Patriots type of move but don’t be surprised (at all) if Kamara is on a different team next year.
  21. Ha ha, I know how people feel about paying RBs but we can make a couple of roster tweaks and not even have to worry about it. We can use his big play ability for 3 years (or whatever) and then move on. If our “draft” started Kamara & Shenault (for example) we’d be a much better team. We can attack the defense & OL in FA. We still have pick 86 (I think) and 5 picks between 5 & 6. We can move all over the board to target guys that we like.
  22. I don’t necessarily disagree but they are close to hitting the panic button (really close). I’ve actually thrown this out to a bunch of Saints fans this morning and every single one is in for it. They feel Taysom can fill a lot of the Kamara role and they can draft another guy late. Brees probably comes back and Teddy ends up elsewhere. Their window is closing.
  23. @noacls I’m not sure why the laughing emoji? As someone that lives in New Orleans and follows both teams this is absolutely viable. Kamara is likely going to be gone this offseason. They aren’t going to give him the next big RB contract. He just hasn’t earned it and they have $ tied up elsewhere. They want their next QB. They have no 2nd rounder so they can’t get up this year. 2 1sts plus a 2nd and they can climb to Tua territory. Kamara was WAY more effective when he played with Ingram who handled the running between the tackles. That’s Singletary. They can add a big back late to handle short yardage. They will use Kamara as a versatile weapon and 3rd down back. It makes a ton of sense for both teams.
