  1. Sorry, slightly off topic, but I don't want to start a whole new thread. Does anyone here live in the Geneva NY area? It is Ontario county. Is that Bills territory, as far as TV games broadcast on Sunday afternoons, during football regular season?
  2. BTW- the Bills/Bears game is set to rebroadcast today (8/25) at 1pm eastern, according to the NFLN crawl.
  3. Actually, I thought the guys who did the Bears game were pretty decent. Jim Miller spoke pretty fluently about the Bills, beyond just the obvious Trubisky/Bears relationship. The Lions broadcast team was definitely not very knowledgeable about the Bills, and spoke primarily about the Lions on every play.
  4. You can try, but you can't replace Charlie Watts.... I am pretty devastated. It feels almost like losing my brother (also a Stones fanatic) all over again. RIP Charlie!
  5. So, if Diggs, Beasley, Sanders and Gabriel are all locks, you can only pick 2 of these three: McKenzie, Kumerow, Stevenson. Which two do you choose?
  6. You can't keep everyone. McKenzie seems to be making a strong case for himself to be a bigger part of the offense. However, he is still not showing his hands to be reliable on kick receiving. Stevenson is a 2021 draft-pick...he looks to be a legit return threat, and has shown some receiving ability as well. Everyone loves Kumerow, but he may be the odd man out, if they only keep six. I didn't realize Kumerow was 29 already...I say, see if Green Bay will give you a 4th or 5th rounder for him...
  7. Bonnie's
  8. I haven't been there yet. My best friend moved back to Buffalo a few years ago, and raves about them. He is pretty picky about wings (he owned a famous wing joint in NYC at one time)...I trust his opinion.
  9. When I drank soda, it was diet. Now, I only drink it on rare occasions at restaurants (also rare occasions these days), if they have regular Dr Pepper from a fountain, with the right kind of ice. When it is mixed right (also a rare occasion) it is awesome. I didn't really stop drinking soda for health reasons or anything like that....but as I got older, it just doesn't taste good anymore. I feel like I am drinking a bunch of mixed chemicals. Now, I mostly drink coffee, water and/or beer. If I drink a sweet drink, i lean toward Gatorade Zero, or flavored Vitamin Water.
  10. They have expanded in recent years. There is one across the street from me, right now (at work), here in Austin, TX. And another near my house. That said, I think In & Out and Whataburger are both vastly overrated...especially In & Out.
  11. I just can't do Colin Cowherd...but glad he likes Josh!
  12. Weird. I got a set of 5 tickets, and then another pair of 2. I have since received a text for the 5, but still not the other 2 tickets. I tried the "text my tickets" link for them (just this morning) and still haven't received them. So confusing. Bringing a bunch of kids...don't want this to get screwed up! Was anyone at this past Saturday's practice? If you had a group, were you all able to get in off of one phone? The instructions seem to want you to text the ticket to each individual in the group...there are 4 kids in our group, they don't have cell phones. Surely others have the same issue. Am I going to have a problem trying to get them all in using my phone for all of them? Tried contacting both Ticketmaster and the Bills...didn't get anywhere trying to answer these questions.
  13. Pretty good list, though I think I would move EJ ahead of Brohm, Holcomb and Tuel...and maybe move Orton up to #6 I was legit excited when we signed him... still one of the best college players I ever saw...and being an Austinite, I hate the Longhorns (and any idea of Austin Bills).
  14. As I recall, he beat Miami twice that season, which was huge for me, at that time. Expectations were perpetually low, so you were looking for just anything to feel positive about. For some reason, I thought he would have a solid career as a back-up/spot starter in the league after that...but he just kind of disappeared... I think he may started on game for the Browns, after Buffalo, but nothing after that. He was a bit of a one trick pony...but effective.
  15. Nobody remembers Thad Lewis? I was so battered by Bills football at the time, for a few weeks there, when he started, I thought "finally the Bills strike gold"!
  16. MAGA!!!
  17. News FLASH: one of PPP's most notorious low-lifes is blind and dumb!
  18. Sorry, that is just kinda silly. Was he too slow in 2019? Not saying Singletary is the be all to end all, but some are acting like he is a scrub. There were a lot of extenuating circumstances for the O-line in 2020.
  19. I agree. I also haven't forgotten how great Singletary was in 2019. To me, the running game issues of 2020 were as much on the line (if not more) than the backs. Maybe just a combo of real preparation for the season, instability in the line-up, and a new "pass first" mentality that the line couldn't keep up with. In 2019, Singletary made a lot of plays...we know he isn't super fast, but he was very shifty. and consistently turned what looked like minimal gains into 5-6 yard runs. I feel like people are writing off Singletary a little prematurely.
  20. I can't remember who, at this point, but one of the NHL rumor guys had mentioned Tuch earlier, as part of a possible deal for Jack.
  21. Yet, it is the essential component of MAGA.
  22. Trump is innocent like OJ. True, the hated I and many others have for Trump doesn't make him guilty...but it makes him the loser of the 2020 presidential campaign...which was the point of my original comment. Yes, I am sure.
