  1. I think he is very naive about it. Don't you think we are presently communicating with Iran? Just because it isn't done in public doesn't mean it isn't happening. I think he's also naive if he thinks we can just extract ourselves from any role in the ME and protect the availability of oil. While we didn't need this war, we do need a forward presence there, especially with Iran's shenanigans. One way to lessen our presence there is to develop our own oil sources, but he and the Dem's are so beholden to the Sierra Club and wacko groups like them they can't and won't do anything. But maybe the Messiah has the plans for a hydrogen car in his back pocket and will share it with us once elected...
  2. Care to expound on how you feel our rights to personal protection are being restored?
  3. Race baiting was needed? It is a despicible tactic that panders to the lowest common denominator. It was used by the cockroaches mentioned above whose influence was courted by Democratic politicians. You may want to clarify...
  4. Is that because they're old farts? Da, dum, Crash
  5. Adam-And you wonder why I refer to him as the Messiah Look no farther than Kelly's post above as evidence that he can do no wrong and is clearly right an all issues. So is it 16 months or something else? Either way, I'm sure it's good for the Obam-a-ination. Sorry, I just can't resist...
  6. Since we're discussing talk radio, I am a big fan of Hugh Hewitt. I also like Michael Medved. Hugh Hewitt is very reasonable, man who allows for civil discourse without talking over those he disagrees with. A nice change of pace.
  7. C'mon, Adam...how long before we see him on the cover of Newsweek with a halo around his head? I just like to poke fun at the guy who can do no wrong...It's no worse than McBush, although probably as stupid. If the media would take the kid gloves off when dealing with this guy I'd have no problem, but they keep treating him like he's the second coming. I'm just not down with the whole populist message and want to see it called out for the pure, unadulterated BS that it is.
  8. Gotta agree on Savage...I can't take the anger at everything. He seems like he's on the edge of insanity. He occasionally has a point, and I like and respect that he is one of the very few people who stood up for the Marines and actually raised money to help them from being railroaded, but by and large, he waaay out there. As far as Murtha being dealt with, without this LtCol. standing up for himself, what else will happen? Nothing is the answer.
  9. Lee Harvey Oswald officially qualifies as an ex-Marine. Murtha and anyone else who would sell their brothers out for personal gain also qualify in my book.
  10. If you're open to moving to where you can see the sun daily, there are a zillion bio-tech firms here in San Diego you might want to look into. If you are open to this and need help prospecting, PM me.
  11. This is great! I was going to let this slide, but simply couldn't. The cockroach is saying the investigation is "Politically motivated!" Sure, Andrew Cuomo is veeery conservative and is out to get Democrats. http://www.nypost.com/seven/06192008/news/...n_al_116165.htm
  12. I'm glad this guy is fighting back! I hope he wins. Murtha's statement was beyond outrageous. He sold out his brother Marines for political gain. Murtha is the worst kind of scumbag in my book... http://wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=67434
  13. OK Kelly, let me get this right...The Messiah makes getting out of Iraq by the end of next year one of the main planks of his campaign and now you're saying "of course he's not going to do that". He also made a commitment to accept public funding for his campaign which he just recently re-negg'ed on... what's next? Change we can believe in! This guy is no different than any other politician. You're fooling yourself if you feel any differently.
  14. But why is this Oliver? While I don't disagree with your statement, the race baiting tactics of the Democrats are in part, what caused this to be. As noted by Wacka, this has been said for years. In case you don't know, Ward Connely is black, as are I believe the other people mentioned. Why is it that Obama (who I totally agree with) will be cast as a hero for saying these things while others were castigated for saying the same thing? It's because he's 'the Messiah' who can do no wrong. I know I joke about this, but seriously, it is a bit irritating when you consider the schitstorm it created when Cosby said it. I'm looking forward to see how The Messiah deals with Jackson and Sharpton. Will he hold them at bay or will he embrace them? You know that cockroach Jackson is going to want a taste or some visible 'respect' from The Messiah. It should be interesting to see how it plays out.
  15. Freidman is a smart MoFo...I enjoy reading his pieces and books. He paints a pretty accurate picture of the conditions and choices we face.
  16. Actually, I am a big believer in the right of personal protection. But every day that passes sees another chip away at the foundation of that idea.
  17. I see I've got the retard rodeo all fired up this morning BTW, moron-I'm not talking about Ethi-freakin-opia-I'm talking about the USA. Nice try at spinning. First off, I'm not denigrating auto workers. Just the ones who are bittermen like you and your ilk who hate on the Bill Gates of the world because they worked hard and are rich. And you feel that because they're rich they have some responsibility to give a percentage of their wealth to those who are, well, autoworkers. It is an insane idea. As far as my sister is concerned, no she was not lucky to have good credit. It is a function of PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY! Anyway, chew on that for awhile...I've got to go and be a productive person so I don't end up unemployed and bitter at the world like you and Pasta.
  18. I'm already there brother...believe it!
  19. I believe in accountability for ones actions...bottom line. The entitlement mentality you people support is exactly what is going to bring this nation down. Pbills-you still haven't addresses your idiotic position of why you feel the Gov't will provide you a better return on your investment of S. Security than could be had in the open market.
  20. There's a simple solution that works...move to where there are jobs. Period, end of story. Like my Dad used to tell me, "Life is not fair, if you want Fair, You'll have to wait until August when it comes to town". There's so much Bullschit to your argument. Yes, bad things happen to good people. Our character defines how we respond when this happens. I could tell you my story or my sisters story of how she put herself through dental school to become a dentist taking *gasp* risk by borrowing money to put herself through school. And BTW, my Dad was an autoworker at Ford, so I didn't come from the "upper crust".
  21. It looks like Dwight Drane may have known what the fug he was talking about... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/money/main.jhtm...18/cnrbs118.xml
  22. Well hey Einstein, aren't you afraid of the risk of investing your money? Too bad for you there isn't a plan that allows you to turn it over to the Government to invest for you...I'm sure they'd do a better job with it than you can. The other side of this is that we all make choices in our life. Some choose to party and some choose to focus on education. That might have a bit of bearing on our financial wellness later in life. Some take chances to better themselves some don't. Why should the kid who takes calculus have to subsidize the kid who took auto shop? We all have a place to fill, but if you choose to become an auto worker for a living, don't hate Bill Gates because YOU made the choice. That's what I hate about the Democratic class warfare they employ. This country gives people the opportunity to be whoever their intellect and ambition lead them to be. The same goes with finances. If as you mention above, people cannot save money because they do not make enough then maybe they should put down the Marlboros and stay out of the Pub on the weekends. Thats a large part of why the city of Buffalo is in the schitter. They're all about the party, not the productivity there.
  23. The Great Leader Algore would like to purchase them... http://tennesseepolicy.org/main/article.php?article_id=764 Damn, I knew we should counted those hanging chads!
  24. I'm sure he doesn't invest in those pesky 401k plans, because really, why risk your money when you can spend it and rely on S. Security when you're old.
