  1. Yes. If Orton works out it makes Marrone look great. No matter what he has the Balls to do what needed to be done something former Coaches didn't do.
  2. If your mancrush of EJ would stop you would realize Orton would have done better. Why? He can read a defense quick and burn the blitz. Sure he takes a couple hits, but man all those times EJ had some time and threw behind, in front of, over WR's or just flat out missed open WR's is something Orton wouldn't have done
  3. I say the argument at the end of camp was Marrone was pissed at Whaley and Brandon forcing a crap QB (EJ) on him. Look Marrone is here to win, not dick around, not coddle or develop a crap QB. He wants to win. Kudos to him
  4. Bolded part sums it up. But understand we had to go through this same BS (Mainly with the same posters..) with Trent, RJ, JP etc... They cling to a crap QB and make every excuse in the world for him. I really don't get it. Maybe the fanbase wants feel good stories and choir boys who try real hard vs, a winner. Not saying a winner can't be a great guy, but honestly I would take an AHOLE who didn't cheerlead in the locker room but won games and got us to a superbowl vs. another feel good story
  5. He isn't the guy. EJ is severely limited and no time on the bench is gonna fix that. When this season is over cut EJ and draft a guy to sit a year behind Orton. Hopefully this time we can find a guy who can get it done
  6. I don't feel for him at all. He sucks as a QB, its just business.
  7. I dont. He sucks as a QB. Enough of this rah rah feel good BS. Get an !@#$ out there that can possibly win us a superbowl
  8. "I didn't ask (the front office) for an agreement," Marrone said, via ESPN.com. "I just went in and said this is the direction I'm going." Good for him! EJ supporters are screaming "he is trying to save his job". Funny I see a guy that is saying FU to the front office forcing a crap QB on him. To me he wants to WIN And he owes it to the entire team to make the decision that gives the Bills the best chance at winning. Too many times we have seen Coaches flat collapse with crap QB's here, Marrone said screw that! Maybe now we know what that fight with Brandon and Whaley was really about near the end of camp?
  9. Thank God. It needed to happen before the season started
  10. Bull ****. Stop with the excuses. Hackett is wanting to play chess when his dumb ass QB can't even set up a checker board
  11. No...the Front offices and Marrones stubbornness about EJ will get them ALL fired
  12. Funny the game I watched EJ had time and had wide open WR's and failed to connect or even throw the damn ball. Stop with the QB excuses
  13. Really? Our running game put up nearly 200 on the Bears. Where is the 300 yard game? Time to stop with the Excuses for a crappy QB
  14. There is no way in hell EJ should start another game for us. Go with the vet and try for a QB in the 2nd round next year
  15. 63.3% completion rating, 317 yards. No TD, No INT. But 300 yards? That is something EJ has yet to do. But EJ is learning like Teddy right?
  16. Is there honestly anyone with any seriousness backing this guy anymore? EJ flat sucks and if we have any prayer to salvage this season, they need to start Orton and hope he can pull off what he did a couple of places he played.
  17. What do Todd Collins, Billy Joe Hobag, RJ, JP, Trent, Fitz and even Bledsoe and Flutie have in common when we got them? Great guys who WANT to be good QB's, really they do...but are no better than a back up at best. I am sure EJ is a great cheerleader, wants to do well, has a heart of Gold etc. We need a guy who can play some damn football and EJ isn't it.
  18. Its past time to bench EJ. Does the front office care more about its ego or winning? That is what it will come down to. If I want to save my job if I am Whaley I call marone into the office and tell him EJ sits period. The goal is the playoffs, show Pags you are willing to do whatever it takes (including admitting a draft mistake/Benching your ego) to do so.
  19. If you listen to the EJ/JP/RJ/Trent etc apologists they want him to have 3-4 years to show he has it. I have seen enough since Kelly retired to see this is just the same song, different verse with EJ at the helm. Start Orton!
  20. Orton needs to start or I gotta think the locker room is going to start revolting soon. Too much talent on this team to be wasting time on a guy that clearly isn't going to be it
  21. He isn't even a game manager, he is a clear liability. He sucks. Many times he had open WR's but unlike the Williams TD where he is 7+ yards wide open EJ can't see them and or flat out misses them.
  22. Fire the QB first and let them use Orton for a couple games. Then make a decision on coaching Sure you can. They want to play Chess and EJ's dumb ass can't even figure out checkers. the Coaching is limited by the QB
  23. One upside though...Center and both tackles are set Let our two Draft picks play both guard spots. CK isn't a RT so we might as well start him at Guard and get that transition going.
  24. And aren't we paying THREE Pro Bowlers on the DL? If so then shouldn't they be able to after all these years, learn to beat a single guy holding them OR be able to "flop" well enough to make the Refs call it?
