Outstanding article! Good to see one of the agents out there act with some class. Bottom line is though Byrd is hyped by one seasons stats and Safety's are not a high commodity. Now he is going to come from different angles about his age, interceptions etc. and that is his job. In the end I would rather Buffalo NOT sign him and try to get picks for him. Our new DC can do a ton with the Safetys we have and there might be a street FA or two out there as well. I would not pay Byrd a ton.

I am so glad this punk went to the Jests. He isnt' that good and never has been. He is a spoiled brat and a thug. His attitude sucks balls and I am really glad we took the QB we did

I am hoping that its true his big contract is essentially a 2 year deal. I now see why Houston wanted no part of this clown, he is a head case. He has issues he clearly refuses to accept, his play isn't great by any means and he is vastly overpaid. I hope we cut his ass at the end of this season

W Sapp was one of the best DT's to ever play the game. J Byrd is an AVERAGE Safety whos stats are padded by his first year play. Now I get most Bills fans are hyper sensitive to anything negative said about the Bills, but I don't care if Byrd played for the Pats, he is AVERAGE and does NOT deserve to be paid what he is looking for. I personally am hoping the Bills can ship him for a 1st rounder to some team stupid enough to go for it.

I feel that we have made a complete change with this team. Its front office approach, its coaching approach and the players we are bringing in. You cant erase the past but you can't keep looking back and turning back to it. I have no idea how this team will do this year but I feel we have made a huge change and its going in the right direction.
