  1. Been telling you guys this. Mary Wilson does not want the team this was made clear years ago. Ralphs will said to sell it ASAP based on league rules, that has been known (and apparently ignored) as well. Now for the final part fans ignore, an owner CAN Move the bills and pretty much ignore the 400 mill fine. No Court will ever force a person or business to be a tenant. AND WNY must prove to a court they suffered 400 million in damages and they will never be able to. Now a new owner may keep the team here, but fans need to quit wishing and start dealing in facts.
  2. Either trade up for Clowney or trade down and take a WR later in the first. TE in the 2nd and RT in the 3rd.
  3. Ill buy his bull **** when the money quits going to NJ and goes to the NY Bills
  4. Dear God find a new owner soon so we can end this stupidity
  5. Its not hopeful its bull **** mis information by a FAN trying to make himself out to be more than he is. This type of Misinformation can be more harmful than helpful.
  6. This guy is as full of **** as it gets. No one knows, hell Mary Wilson right now doesn't know and its her say as to what happens to the team. The more realistic Scenario is the team is sold in less than 2 years. No one knows if the team stays or not. And BTW no owner worth a damn is ever going to cement his team to Buffalo. And even if he did to BS the estate, no court forces a tenant to stay a tenant so he will break the deal, move the team and pay a fine.
  7. No groups, we need a sole owner that has the money to buy and invest in the Bills. Groups end up becoming issues because most of the time all they are interested in is their ROI, not winning football games.
  8. And before anyone rips him for bad Taste, look it was going to be done (and should be) sometime. Kudos to you for being the first good sir.
  9. Well no matter how much kool aid the fans drink, Stevie is a pure #2 WR and we lack true #1 Until Woods gets up to speed. I assure you more teams fear Jackson than Stevie
  10. LMAO King reminds me of a hilarious incident involving Tagliaboo boo and Ralph. Its on the bottom of page 2. I remember Berman trying to be professional on NFL Gameday the next Sunday and not busting a gut, but him and Jackson I think lost it at one point backing Ralph on his comments
  11. I am telling you that would be a hit movie if they did it the right way. And I say why not Kevin Costner as a young ralph?
  12. Look at who Ebron signed to represent him. You know this kid is going to be all about the money. Evans in the first, or Benjamin in the 2nd with a trade down in the first then an OT
  13. Jay, Just let Russ and Co know we feel their pain and fully support them. I am sure they know already but like anyone they still need and like to hear it.
  14. Here are a couple things, Russ Brandon now has to run this team period. If he thought it was his to run before, its REALLY his now. I haven't agreed with some of his decisions or indecisions but here is the deal, the man loved Ralph Wilson and he loves the Buffalo Bills. No matter how his decisions go we can't doubt this man loves this team and he is under a ton of pressure now with all the uncertainty. He really needs a clean slate and our support.
  15. Because Ralph was extremely old school and he wanted his legacy to be he kept the team here. Now I don't know what to tell you but the reality is, its all about money these days. Ok I have to wonder, WNY Economy sucks. How the hell are they going to fund a new stadium? Fans and even WNY politicians say they can't afford more than what the ticket prices are now. WTH do you think ticket prices will be in a new stadium? PSL's are between 1500-8000 for the new Vikes stadium. My brother has season tickets and showed me the letter he got from them. And who thinks the majority of Bills ticket holders could afford a PSL let alone higher ticket prices?
  16. You do realize things change in 3 years right? how about hearing NOW how he feels about it. And I was trying originally to paint as rosy a scenario as I could but honestly, I can't see any way a new owner keeps the team here. WNY just can not afford anywhere near what other markets can. Reality is this team has maybe 6 years left (if new owner isn't willing to pay the 400 mil fine) before its moved. That is reality and its been that way for about 2 decades now. Once Ralph passed, the clock started ticking on a move. And Fans can point to owners or Goddell saying this and that, the bottom line is MONEY. A new owner shows the Team will take less in revenue sharing and make the league more money, he will have the votes to move.
  17. Jimbo has his own battles and there is no guarantee he will be here this time next year. And sorry but your idea has nothing to do with ownership. It will need to be an independent Billionaire that has more than enough money to not only pay 1 billion for the team, but have a few billion stashed as well just in case. Jimbo is a millionaire, I doubt he even has 30 million net personally. Make no mistake its about money mostly with the NFL. And as for as a handsome face for the NFL, have you seen Khan or however you spell the name of the owner of the Jags? Obviously they do NOT care what the owner looks like
  18. And it is up to the fans. But bottom line, no more lowest ticket prices in the NFL. Think on this, if you add just 25.00 per ticket that is 200.00 total per year to the ticket holder or someone buying all 8 home games. Lets say 200.00 more per year for say 65000 seats = 13 million in new revenue each year. Add to that you sell the naming rights to the stadium, that can be 5 mill more per year. Now I get the sentimentality of keeping ralphs name on the building, fine let mary pay 5 mill per year to keep it there out of the sale of the Bills. If you want to keep the Bills in Buffalo, its not about being sentimental, its about Business and that extra 5 million matters. Then there is the fanbase. It will be tough to convince 24 owners to let the Bills move. First off this team has about 30 mill per year (in a couple articles I have read) taxable Profit after all the debt is paid each year. That should be 18 million or so net. Then add to that the potential 20 mill or so listed above. Now lets say they have a net profit of say 30 mill per year, you also history of the NFL that is still huge AND a fan base that sells out even if the team sucks, let alone wins. Increase ticket prices, get naming rights, make sure luxury boxes sell and put a winner on the field and it is going to be damn near impossible for a new owner to move.
  19. I hope he kicks ass this year and we convince him to sign an extension.
  20. Fans need to wake up and understand there is no 5 year plan, its over. This regime had 2 at most. New owner = new GM, HC, Front office and players.
  21. From what I understand Ralph left the team in a trust so it could continue to operate while stuff was figured out. Mary Wilson was left the team and makes the decision on when and to whom to sell. Its in the mans will to SELL, so its time to deal with it. And you can bet it will be sold in no more than two years. Ralph had all his legal stuff done well before hand, there has been a plan in place between him, his lawyers and Mary so this isn't going to take a ton of time to do. It wouldn't shock me 90 days after the funeral we start hearing of Mary's lawyers start entertaining talk from potential owners. And of course Goddell etc. will be involved as well. As tight as Ralph had his estate set up I can't see a sale going more than 2 years from now tops.
  22. Oh sorry man I missed that, yeah no reason to have Mary Wilson on that team lol.
  23. Mary Wilson controls the will which has say over the sale of the team. The trust group runs the team while its in transition that is all it does. Mary Wilson decides when and to whom the team is sold and Ralphs will was clear its to be sold. Trust = Runs the team in transition, Mary Wilson = 100% decision to sell team
  24. Ok lets try again.... yes the team is in a trust, and YES ralph put in the Will it is to be SOLD! Stop with all the straw grabbing/ wishful thinking. Mary and the family told him they didn't want the team and its been in plenty of articles he wasn't leaving it to them (taxes + cost and burden of owning and running a team). It is to be SOLD. The trust is just to allow things to run as they are uninterrupted until the sale. You can bet Mary herself wants it sold sooner than later.
  25. I am with Scott, regardless this needs to be resolved sooner than later.
