Yeah I am gonna post about it, don't read it if you don't want to. As many know my daughter was having her pinning ceremony for becoming a PTA on Thursday night, Graduation Friday night, and Party on Sat Afternoon and that was gonna throw off my Draft coverage. NOT SO FAST MY FRIENDS! I had the cell phone running constantly and trying to peak in here (which sucks on cell phone BTW). It turned out to be one of the best and most exhausting weekends ever... Thursday night, They called the 24 grads up to get pinned in alphabetical order, my daughter 4th from the end...but they skipped her. Then again and then again till she was last. She was ok with the first two going but then was like WTF? Finally they call her up. As she gets up there the director of the program looks to her assistants and says 'Uh...are there anymore pins?' The crowd is all gasping. Off to the right you hear 'I think I have one'. It was my son who has been in Okinawa as a firefighter for the US Air force for the last 15 months!!!! He, my mom and brother and the director set this up. There wasn't a dry eye in the house. It was literally one of those moments you see on Youtube and let me tell you in person its much better So I kid you not just as we are done I hit the cell phone and Buffalo had just traded Cleveland. So we are all huddled around to see Whaley Take Watkins, Bonus! Great night! Friday night was her graduation, just sat around waiting for her to walk the stage, watching pics in the 2nd and 3rd round. She graduates, we cheer, we go eat normal stuff. Saturday: My daughter has been dating a guy she has been friends with for over 10 years. They have been best buds helped each other through everything and finally broke down, cut the crap and started dating. Well at the graduation party on Saturday the guy had my Grandson bring out a sign that said 'I have done the hard part and said yes...now will you'. Yep Daughter got engaged! And of course we are catching the rest of the draft picks. I don't know about you, but with all that and 'Like a Boss' Whaley doing all he did and really upgrading this team... I am loving me some Doug Whaley! Do you realize we just need a couple of very probable 'If's' and we might have the best OL in football with the additions we have made by the end of the year? The DL is really good to Great depending on if Dareus can pull his head out. LB's are very good, DB's are good, WR corp just become damn good to possibly great. RB' position now is damn good to possibly great as a whole. Drink some Coffee, wake up and see Whaley in 3 days really upgraded this roster and honestly folks....we now have only 1 possible excuse not to make the playoffs and that is injuries which any team can have derail them. My brother the Vikings Fan and my Cousin the Redskins fan yesterday at my daughters graduation party (where she got engaged too BTW) Both told me they can see Buffalo not only making the playoffs, but beating the Pats for the division title. Why not? We have played them tough the last couple years, WTF can't we now just beat their asses instead of giving up large leads to them and take the AFCE title? I'll call it right now, this team if healthy wins the AFCE. Anyone else on board with this?

How do you figure. Right now CJ is the most expendable of the 4 RB's on this roster. He can't stay on the field and is good for a couple good plays a game. It is more than obvious the Staff wants a guy that can be an every down back and can pound the rock and stay on the damn field. Not have 1-3 big plays then pull himself out after each one. And CJ can talk to Byrd and his agent all he wants, he has done nothing to warrant a huge contract and even if he did unless his name is Adrian Peterson he isnt' getting one as RB's don't get huge contracts anymore. Because those that do aren't homers and understand football and can give a non biased opinion of CJ that is how. CJ to me is no more than percy Harvin. I would have his butt returning every punt and back there with Goodwin on every kick off. He would be used in 3rd down and special situations. The guy has shown he isn't an every down back. Why do you think we have brought in two new backs?

I am 100% behind this. I screamed for this to happen in re alignment but like you said Ralph wanted to keep dealing with Miami when NE clearly had become THE rival. All 4 would sell out games and fill each others stadiums. But it makes too much logical sense for the NFL to do this

Ill say it again I love what whaley has done in this draft. People are bitching about Brown trade, Kid is just 22 and starting his 3rd season. 220'bs and runs high 4.3's? Go watch the game in 2012 where he destroyed Carolina. Sure he needs work, but pure talent wise CJ better step up. With the Dixon pickup and now the Brown trade along with Two Guards (one in FA one draft) and a large RT added, I see the running game being used more this year. Speaking of, Richardson from Baylor, saw him play quite a bit as I follow the Big 12, he is a beast. He works hard this kid will start at G for us at some point. So lets recap the Whaley led Bills offseason so far... Addressed ILB, Upgraded the OL, WR and brought in some DB help so far in the draft. A kid that might be our next FS. Not too shabby

But we got the 4th back. So we only 'Gave up' Next years 1st. And Who says we need it or won't get it back?

I still have faith in Chandler and our backups at TE And the great thing MDH is we drafted 2 'right now' starters and one that may be one in situations

We have 3 on this roster and Whaley says he is happy with all 3. Maybe...just maybe he sees them all offseason, sees their progress and is possibly right? Nah fans and media know more than whaley does. That said Brown has drawn comparisons to some really outstanding LB's in the NFL. Another outstanding pure talent Whaley has added. Gil Brandt the Godfather of drafting had Kujo as his #2 or #3 top player going into day 2 and fans still complain. But to me I have to ignore it as I know NE, Miami, and the Jets are REALLY complaining because they know how tough it was to play us last year. They know we are going into year 2 when teams with new coaches start getting on track. They know we just added two definite Day 1 starters that are going to be bad ass and make us much better Bottom line Whaley has done a hell of a job and I am really looking forward to seeing what this Team can do this year!
