He’s probably a better pure passer and processor and he *can* run but seems to really hate to do it. He had a ton of chances to run this year and refused to take them. Just not part of his game and has taken criticism for it. He’s plenty athletic just doesn’t tuck and run when there are open lanes. Maybe that was coached into him.
Fields is a great runner. Stroud literally does not run. Last night was like the 2nd time he tucked and ran all season. They are totally different QBs.
Reminds me of Clemson 2019. Big lead early, controlled the game, A million ways they could have won, huge game changing calls by the officials, giant QB performance, failed chance at the end.
