  1. Their base D only has 2 LBs. Are you suggesting moving him to Milano’s position?
  2. Getting only a 2nd rd pick and ej Gaines in return for Sammy Watkins in a contract year with no QB was a terrible trade
  3. I think some fans aren’t on the same page as to his role in the defense and why he is important. And that there is indeed a place between “bust” and “elite” that can contribute at a high level on a SB team. He’s not a traditional MLB and he doesn’t play the traditional MLB position in this defense. Warren calling him a “huge bust” simply shows his lack of knowledge of the player and scheme. Not every player drafted in the first round is a “bust” because they aren’t “elite” by age 23. not sure what or if they will pay Edmunds but it appears the viewpoint the team has is that he is valuable. WRT what he’s asked to do against the run and pass and communication in THIS defense, his value is very high even if *and i know this is difficult to comprehend for some * he doesn’t make (gasp) every play.
  4. Life comes at you fast I guess Probably will be working for Beane soon. Ink isn’t even dry on that Ian Thomas contract.
  5. I don’t think he’s an edge rusher in a 4-3. He’s better suited for that 3-4 OLB most likely. In our defense, if he’s not MLB, he would need to be Matt Milano and we want Milano to be Milano. They are pretty balanced imo. The mostly positive comes from the mostly positive play of this team.
  6. More good news for ra-cha-cha
  7. Best thing that ever happened to Dak
  8. They would move everything there for just a two week stay?
  9. it’s an intern https://operations.nfl.com/inside-football-ops/players-legends/nfl-player-engagement/support-for-players-on-and-off-the-field/bill-walsh-diversity-coaching-fellowship/
  10. I had the same question Not really nepotism, just a connection.
  11. He was hired as Defensive Quality Control
  12. So no more “Nickel Coach” (I think the Bills were the only team that had someone in this specific role)
  13. I can definitely see the league trying to capitalize on the JA craze. He almost got more attention SB week than burrow or Stafford and there are more than a few analysts who claim they still think the Bills were the best team in the league last year even after the rams won it all. It all lines up to me which means it will be the Cowboys.
  14. Not mystifying at all. They can play defense very differently with their other players in the back 7 when they have Tre White on he field. He was missed big time which is why he’s an all pro with a giant contract. He’s a difference maker on this defense, not some minor piece.
  15. It’s definitely an advantage if this is the Bills only TNF game. First it avoids the short game week since it is week 1. Second it gets the cross country trip out of the way on a Thursday without impeding on the next game week. A Sunday or Monday night game for Buffalo in LA would suck for the next week. The season opening game will draw well no matter what.
  16. The more I read about this, Joe Judge and Matt Patricia are going to be running the offense for the pats this year? Is this for real? https://www.si.com/nfl/2022/02/21/mmqb-raheem-morris-rams-defensive-coordinator-breaks-down-super-bowl-lvi
  17. Seems a little harsh to turn McCorkle over to ST already
  18. For the locals Probably guaranteed Josh will chug a beer and hit a homer
  19. He should be more involved. Isaiah McKenzie says he’s the fastest guy oh the team.
  20. He’s a really good big nickel specific to this defensive scheme
  21. He doesn’t only play ST
