Case in point: talked to a random guy who lives in OC via a work call. I mention that I know someone who lives in Newport Beach, as he does. I ask - “Rams or Chargers?” First, he says “Lakers”. Then He says, “well the chargers are in San Diego.” I said, (incredulously) - “well they moved to LA several years ago soooo” and he says “oh, yeah. I forgot” this was 2 months ago No response on rams at all

Pass protection is an area of development for almost every RB coming out of college. It has nothing to do with Cook personally. Very few are fully developed in this aspect as rookies and if they are drafted to a team with a pass heavy offense, it will almost always be a process and a learning curve.
