I don't feel that I can vote on this poll. Our current TE situation is.......starter is injured and had surgery. We have no idea when he may return. Caussin? exclusive right FA. Dickerson? exclusive rights FA. Lee Smith? How many snaps has he played? We need to address this ASAP. Because right now.........we really have none

Thank you! Take a look back at 2011 film with him in the game rushing the passer. I think many will see just how many times he was right in there forcing the QB out of the pocket. I really think he can suceed even if it is just in there to rush the passer

Not especially lol I think he has ability that hasn't been used correctly. He is a pass rusher and should be used as such. I do not think he ever really got a real chance. Kind of like Easley and Dickerson. These guys to me just seem to be overlooked a bit. Maybe there is a reason, and that reason is that they aren't very good. However I would like to see more first. Oh yes and lets not forget Aaron Williams. He also falls in this category.

Right, but the reason i really don't like this is what about UDFA? Even if we do not pick up a CB in the draft or free agency. There is still the possibility that we could sign an undrafted and he could come in and take that spot. I think it is a little early to be defining starters. Especially considering a new coaching staff and schemes. We take 90 into camp. He should just wait to make statements like that. Especially considering he is not the head coach.

I know right now almost all threads on here are about (or turn into) discussions about this years free agency and drafts. But I could not help but notice that we also have some important players that will be free agents in 2014. Carrington Chandler Dareus ( has been brought to my attention he is infact NOT until 2015) Moats ( I still believe he can be great ) Wood There are more, but none that at this point in time who could be considered important. So the question is......who do you think we will extend? Lets talk about next year! Just for a change.

This is my hope. He is so young. His first year was weird because of the lockout......I also do not remember seeing a bunch of complaints about him then either. This past season I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt with the horrid scheme we had going, or not going I think he deserves another year or two. Football wise I really hope he comes around and finds a place with the new coaching staff and scheme where he can excel. Because as a person, I really like him He is a nice guy. Interacts with fans pretty often. Yes, Yes I know we have had enough good guys who aren't great football players..........but still doesn't change my view on him as a person. I still don't like that statement! How does Nix know who the starter will be even before free agency and the draft? Not to mention OTA's and training camp! Can he see into the future, and know for sure who is going to win a starting position?

I understand the point of it.......the problem I have is the large difference between. And the simu cam they do showing different than the times do. You would think in this day and age of technology there would be a better way with more accurate results. I know machines also malfunction.....but still lol. It bothers me. We must talk about football! Even the little things Unfortunatly we can not hibernate for 193 days..........so we get our fix by making something out of nothing. As long as it is football related I am happy

Watching the combine the last few days I have seen quite a difference in clocked times and official times. Also when they do the simu cams it looks like the "official" times are way off? What is going on? ! second or more is a huge difference. So what exactly are they running?

I still think we need Levitre more. Safety to me seems a lot easier to come by. However, it is obviously more economic to franchise Byrd. I want both.........and it best happen!

Did I miss where we resigned Mckelvin? I keep seeing that he will be #2 but last I knew he was set to be a free agent. I know Nix said that he would like to keep him, but liking to do something and actually doing it are 2 different things. Besides that how does anyone know before the draft and training camp who will be the #2? Please enlighten me, because I seem to be confused here
