  1. I think these people want to roll around in it. I think they can't wait to get their daily dose, so they can feel some kind of emotional rush. It's a masochistic compulsion. I still can't figure out how any of Trump's actions or policies have actually directly affected the vast majority of these people.
  2. Yep. I would probably take Bruce. I was looking at Steve Smith's career. 8th on the list, I believe, but saddled with Rodney Peete, Chris Weinke, Jake Delhomme...it's a miracle he had that kind of success.
  3. I wonder how Larry Fitzgerald would have done in Rice's circumstances? I think Isaac Bruce was just as good.
  4. hahaha...Don't lock this, it needs to be seen.
  5. I think there is enough evidence to say that the QB is the more important factor. I can't really think of any WR's that turned a QB from an average guy, into a HoF level guy. I have however seen WR's who were very average, suddenly have very good, great seasons when they are paired with a good QB, and many WR's whose career's dwindled when the HoF QB was gone.
  6. Soon enough, the only people getting laid will be porn stars (and everyone will be a porn star, because EVERY sexual encounter will need to be documented).
  7. He would likely also need to have consecutive HoF quarterbacks throwing to him (without even a gap for the 2nd one to develop). I love Jerry Rice, but I also believe that Rice (and his standing as the GOAT) benefitted greatly from his pretty much unprecedented situation. He stepped right in with 2 fully developed Hall of Fame QB's (not to even mention Bill Walsh as your Head Coach). I believe there have been other guys as good that just didn't have the fortune of Rice's situation.
  8. No, because my evaluation is based on the entire season, as well as players performances in prior seasons, and of course , their age.
  9. I would feel bad for him, if he wasn't such a douche. They are turning on each other and it's delightful to see.
  10. Not that I care if he said it or not, but I doubt he actually used that exact term. I think he said something along those lines, and the "sources" probably characterized what he said as basically calling them shithole countries (which they are, and everyone knows it). Media Generated Hysteria (MGH)
  11. Gotta get a QB. I think the OL is reasonably good. I think the D-Line is weak. I think Linebacker is the easiest position to get reasonably good players, so I want them to bring in a couple guys, but there are other positions that are way more difficult to raise the level of play at. I'd like to see a decent RB prospect brought in, there always seems to be good value in the 3rd or 4th round. The Secondary is good. The WR's? I think they will find another guy that will bring them up a notch, and I think they will be decent. I expect them to move up in the first round at some point (maybe even just a handful of picks up, using a second round pick or something like that) to get a QB. I expect them to select a QB, and D-Lineman with their first 2 picks. After that, I assume it will be BPA.
  12. ha. They are both off-the-charts great. Maybe some of you don't respect Brady (laughable), but he sure ain't lacking respect from millions of other people (players, coaches and fans).
  13. Yeah, he is a number 1, problem is he gets injured too often. So ya gotta have a 1A.
  14. I speak English.
  15. McCoy is a big mouth, and he is the last guy I want them listening to. He will be fine without Tyrod, cuz underneath it all, McCoy is almost an adult.
  16. No expected them to win the Super Bowl. They finally backed into the playoffs after 17 years...bout time. I think they are on a good track, but many players that are adequately filling spots are old, and by the time the next QB is up to speed, players like Rogers, Alexander, Williams, Incognito, and McCoy will be on the far side of the hill. As an aside, what is a "Shaq Lawson"? Is he a football player, is he a uniform filler, is he a notch above Erik Flowers? Pfft.
  17. Yes! Unleash him and let him run to another neighborhood to be taken in by some kind folks who need a new QB.
  18. He's a JAK (Just A Kid)
  19. No way, this kid needs my support, and I don't give up on kids. And that avatar is NOT FOR KIDS! So don't let it distract you.
  20. He's a great kid!
  21. Let's keep this thread going all off-season, this kid deserves it. We have to show Pegula that we believe in this kid. If this team just goes and drafts a top prospect, and cuts this kid, I will be up in arms. N way this kid deserves that kind of treatment.
  22. He will NEVER be the man, but he will ALWAYS be "the Kid"!
  23. But I won't be happy until we surpass the Patriots by starting a dynasty with a 7th round QB!
