  1. Next up.... "Wife Swapping Spurs Bills To Super Bowl Victory !" No big deal, just a great opportunity to add some sex to the message board
  2. Yeah, the standards are low, very low. But that is what makes him stand out. Even with the long list of D-Bags, Rosen was notable. As I posted in another thread.. Local LA radio on Rosen..."Before the draft, whenever we asked someone who dealt with him personally, what they thought of Josh Rosen, they gave us "the look". We just kept getting 'the look' from all these different people." These are coaches, boosters, alumni, UCLA team employees, other media. These are guys that deal with local LA D-bag athletes all the time. And they even said they would have selected him before Josh Allen anyway.
  3. I think they are more concerned he will become Kaepernik 2.0, but NOT make a name for himself in the league, and instead be a pain in the ass without actually being very good And then (like Krapper, who suddenly became a voice for social justice after his career was plummeting) make more of a nuisance of himself when they don't want to deal with him. "Collusion!" This is just as likely (if not more), than him becoming a star AND being a pain in the ass. He s already a pain in the ass. THAT'S THE POINT. I'm so glad he isn't a Bill.
  4. He was on a "patch up your image" interview tour. They crafted a bunch of answers (and likely submitted the questions to the interviewers). He is well spoken. He is smart. No surprise he can do some good last minute interviews.

  6. When you look at the lives of Newton vs Allen, they are NOTHING like each other. Why are people insisting on comparing them, and their accomplishments so far? One guy grew up in a rural area on a farm, going to some little high school. The other guy in the Atlanta area, going to a high school that had churned out athletes Keith Adams, football player Ian Allen, football player Christopher Eubanks, tennis player Keyaron Fox, football player, Super Bowl XLIII champion Nathan Isles, football player Edwin Jackson, football player[7][8] Adam "Pacman" Jones, football player Sean Jones, football player Wallace Miles, football player Anthony Mitchell, football player, Super Bowl XXXV Champion Cam Newton, football player, quarterback for the Carolina Panthers, 2010 Heisman Trophy winner[9] Chance Warmack, football player Ray Willis, basketball player That is just one, massive difference. Their career trajectory, and life paths are different. Just try to judge Allen as his own man. He looks like a great prospect, and I'm happy to have him.
  7. I can't think of a single nice thing to say about Marrone. Good then we know to disregard any of your opinions. thx.
  8. I have a feeling there is no shortage of wackiness behind the scenes of even the most successful pro sports teams.
  9. I know, I don't usually jump on those, but the word itself is funny.
  10. I can't STAND this guy!!!!
  11. Yeah, I was thinking that too. But a real speed demon that can catch would have the DB's backing off quick.
  12. Imagine him with one of the elite wide receivers just hauling down the sideline. If the Bills can manage to get one, it will be a thing of beauty.
  13. I think there will be some safeties playing deep.
  14. I think people are nitpicking, and that he is an incredible talent. I've been pirouetting through store entrances, and slapping high-fives with confused strangers ever since draft day.
  15. Josh Allen after training camp
  16. " *This is a question about identity politics and not an appraisal of his current economic record. " You referred to your 3 part "proposition" as a question.
  17. See, I disagree. I think he was playing pretty well, but once the game was out of hand he had to force things. He's the whole offense, and their down by 24. It's ugly at the end, but he did lots of good things. He won't have to carry the whole team in the NFL. I'm going on record as saying he will be one of the best QB's of his generation.
  18. I have seen this game pointed to as proof that he sucks. He is playing pretty damn good, but at the end of the game, the score is way out of hand, and he is forcing throws. He opens the game with a long string of completions. I'm not sure Tyrod has ever completed that many passes in a row on one drive.
