    I think the most glaring thing he needs develop is a feel for how fast the pocket collapses, and a feel for his blockers abilities. The only place to get that is in real games. No use putting it off.

    It's obvious that the team gets a big lift when he is out there. That is a big deal. The whole team will play better, more inspired football with Allen. It's a no !@#$ing brainer, and has been for the last 6 weeks.

    They wasted lots of time by not giving Allen the large chunk of the 1st team reps in camp. Fools.

    I do think McCarron would have done better. McCarron has proven himself in regular season, and even the playoffs. Peterman has **** the bed except on a slow track in the snow. He blows. McCarron is a legitimate back up.

    Many fans have a tendency to project their aspirations on to certain players. It's kinda "The Rudy Syndrome"..."this guy tries so hard, it's just like me, that's what I would do. I would work my ass off, and always be the last guy off the practice field". Peterman appeals to those people. He blows.

    No. The defense has been bad, but not the equivalent of an offensevtgat can't get a first down. They have actually stopped the Ravens a few times.
