  1. Concern- the OC will take too long to make adjustments. Encouragement- The Bengals are due for a loss.
  2. Don't try to be reasonable. You are supposed to rage and rail against the Patriots, not note when attacks against them seem exaggerated.
  3. "We need to win the turnover battle to have any shot at all".. I don't know, I don't believe this game hinges on whether the Bills turn it over once more than the Bengals. I think the Bills can beat them regardless. The Bills don't need any extraordinary performance, or luck. They just need to play to their potential. I dont think the Bengals are that great, and dont look like a 6-0 team. They are due for a loss, and its a home game. I expect a win.
  4. I have to say I love this quotes about EJM. It's gotta feel good for a guy in EJ's position, when a teammate comes out with quotes like these.
  5. It was the pivotal play in the game, when did it even out? Sorry, but just assuming everything will even out is ridiculous.
  6. I don't know about the "grown man" slight, he was a rookie and needed development. A domineering coach that is putting restrictions on him, could easily mess up a QB's game, even a "grown man's".
  7. I wanna see EJM play at least a bit this season. He needs to prove it to the fans, coaches, players, and himself, that he can do the job. Getting some time in now could really help later, in case Tyrod goes down.
  8. When th Bills were tearing up the league in the 90's, people were even keel here, too. Fred was here for the worst stretch ever. It's a lot easier when your players, coach, and owner are all proven.
  9. If EJM is ever going to be the Bills #1 QB, he will have to steal the job during this season. I believe a healthy EJM is better than a hobbled Tyrod.
  10. He's a dork. I cringe whenever i see him on the field. It's like they have 10 and a 1/2 men out there.
  11. Im not celebratng, so you can shelve your indignation. I just couldnt understand what provoked such a snarky comment. It unfolded just the way I anticipated. I'm big Tyrod fan, and want him to succeed. Im also the guy that brought back an old thread to give you credit for predicting Tyrod as a Qb candidate before he was even signed.
  12. How about "In an effort to boost the running game, Tyrod has a few running plays, gets popped, and EJM makes his first appearance."
  13. I expect a big win, but if they lose I think they will go on a losing streak that could ruin the season. I think it would poke a hole in their confidence.
  14. Calm down, dude. I'm not defending them at all, I just found an article that presented another side. I don't agree with the article at all. I put "the other side of the story" in quotes for a reason.
  15. The "other side of the story"... http://thebiglead.com/2015/10/06/bills-are-whining-about-odell-beckham-throwing-multiple-punches-video-suggests-otherwise/
  16. Good read, but it didn't touch on why the running game sucked so bad, or why they would run into the teeth of the Giants defense repeatedly.
  17. This complaining looks bad after a loss, though. I can see why the Bills players were pissed, but did Beckham actually hurt any of them, or was it just an annoyance? If he actually injured somebody, then I can understand a reaction. Otherwise, just save it for the next play.
  18. I agree. It could have been called, but it was no big deal.
  19. I think you are right, but it's only been a 4 game career. We still don't know how much freedom he has to audible, the offensive system is new to the team, and he didn't even get a complete training camp. I wouldn't expect him to be dictating play.
  20. There are some similarities, but I think Tyrod is better, We have a small sample right now, but I think Tyrod will have a better completion %, to go with the nice long ball.
  21. People need to get over the 90's Bills. They aren't coming back.
  22. Amazing how people believe they are countering a point. Screens aren't the same as going across the middle on short passes where the linebackers pop you. Harvin isn't comfortable doing that. Screen passes are fine for him. Woods just isn't that good. I have no idea what Spiller has to do with anything. EVERY team that wants to run the ball well, needs a guy with enough speed to get to the outside. And if you don't have one, you don't build a game plan that focuses on running the ball.
  23. Cierre wood has done nothing. Bryce Brown, has had some big games. I know he is a fumbler, but as a stop gap until McCoy returns, he would have been a nice tool to have. Karlos is good just off tackle, but he is no threat to take it wide. That was a big limitation when they know you are committed to running the ball.. The running game was one-dimensional, yet they insisted on focusing on getting it going.
