  1. Yep. Perhaps there are people that think the offense is fine? Or they just need a lineman or 2. I think it is just getting to "acceptable", and a WR a couple notches above Woods will make the most difference. I think the line play was better than the WR play. Short of a new QB, what would make this offense better?
  2. How do you know?
  3. Woods is okay, I don't want to get rid of him, just push him back to #3. The thing is, he hasn't been good enough to take advantage of the space Watkins creates for him. While they may not need another "#1" receiver (that would be a big boost, though), they do need someone that can step up when defenses concentrate on Watkins. Woods has proven that he isn't that guy.
  4. Jimmy Johnson Bill Parcells Jim Harbaugh Nick Saban Mike Ditka
  5. The OC's could, and that's what Frank Reich was, and obviously what I was referring to. Why post something so disingenuous? We are talking about the OC, and they have had some very good offenses. 2006 14-2 #1 offense (Rivers first year starting) 2007 11-5 #5 offense 2008 8-8 #2 offense 2009 13-3 #4 offense 2010 9-7 #2 offense 2011 8-8 #5 offense
  6. Except he didn't intercept it, because he was very obviously out of bounds.
  7. And now we get to see the defense dismantled. And likely see a first pick spent on a D-lineman to replace the perfectly good D-lineman they will run out of town. Set the team back a couple years.
  8. ahh...it's all good fun, BB!
  9. Cool, next time I hear someone dissing Buffalo, I will whip out "yeah, well what about Wegmans, huh? You'll never know the pleasure!". I'm sure they will be speechless.
  10. We just went through a season where what was considered a strength of the team, was neutralized by quick passing games (and I just watched Brady neutralize the Chiefs vaunted D-line the same way). And the Wrex philosophy apparently uses big fat guys on the line, just holding ground (or covering receivers) so the LB's can make plays. I will be very disappointed if the first pick is a D-lineman.
  11. Mr. Emoticon! Probably not, but I can find anything I want. I may have to go to 2 stores. You're right though, I should probably move back for the grocery shopping.
  12. Really. Looked like no big deal to me, something that WR do all the time. And after almost every TD catch, the DB turn to complain to the refs.
  13. The Patriots were cheating, because "feelings"...
  14. My god, people pointing to Wegmans as the pride and joy of the area is lame. It's nice, but I have no problem finding quality groceries in Los Angeles.
  15. It's all spin anyways... http://www.areavibes.com/library/worst-cities-in-america/
  16. And magnificent coaching, and playing.
  17. That was fine. "Waaaaaaaaaaah!"
  18. They are going to lose. I don't think there will be any controversy, but if there is one, it will be something that went against the Patriots.
  19. I'm with zonabb. They are constructing buildings (jobs), but eventually they will need to fill the buildings.
  20. I think it is more likely to get people born in another country, to come to Buffalo.
  21. Bounce back to average? I think we have seen what Woods has to offer, and it's nothing special. He occasionally makes a nice play.
  22. Bowie...unsurpassed artistic vision.
  23. I remember it as an afternoon game (maybe even Saturday?) with the NY Jets involved.
