I've given up reasoning with people about any of this. I've yet to see, or meet anyone from the "progressive" side of things even consider an alternate perspective on these issues. Too much of their identity is wrapped up in their belief system to allow for compromise. If asked "how many is enough?" they refuse to answer, or retreat into sophistry.

I doubt there will be any noticable difference, or possibly things could get worse. More overly officious jerking.

They will probably continue to mess with the rules, and eventually make it less physical, so women will be able to compete. I could see them having certain positions be off limit for contact (or just touched). QB, and kickers first. They will get women on the field.

I would love to see one of these that have turned out to be reasonably accurate. There must be one! Just one that laid out one of these putrid seasons, hidden somewhere in the archives. I'm not going to go games by game, but just say that after all these years, I enter each season expecting 7 to 9 wins. If they get 9 wins, I MIGHT get my hopes up enough to think they could make the playoffs the next season.
