  1. I have been asking people to give me defined answers about what they think will happen due to Trump's leadership. Prior to the election, all I heard about was "Mass deportations of immigrants" (didn't happen) "Concentration camps" (haha, yeah, didn't happen) "Crazed white nationalist death squads, attacking Muslims" (hasn't happened) "Martial Law" (hasn't happened) "War with Russia" (Ironic, no?) "Roe-Wade overturned" (I haven't even seen abortion talked about). I also forgot, "A rise in rapes and sexual assaults" (didn't happen) Oh, another one "A rise in arrests of black men, and increased police violence against minorities" (hasn't happened) It's all media induced hysteria. So please, someone give me a solid answer, and tell me some awful things that will happen, and then it can be decided if they are worthy of the hysteria.
  2. Wait, Kaepernik was doing these protests prior to Trump. So it doesn't fit that narrative. You are full of ****
  3. I really hope the NFL crumbles to nothing.
  4. Yes! A round of applause after bad plays would be a nice start. We can work up to some standing ovations after losses. Then these Bills should be ready for the playoffs.
  5. hahahaha I only come here for the jokes these days. Are these Bills worth investigating other team's forums for?
  6. If clapping is effective in lifting players spirits, and strengthening their resolve, even after negative plays, shouldn't we fans be clapping for them after these plays too? I mean this could propel these Bills to greatness. Fumbles, interceptions, 3-and-outs, giving up long TD's, even after losing a game, we should all clap, just like the headmaster, Mickey D. "It's all good!"
  7. It's probably going to run the entire season, as the tanking begins to grate on fans. It's not meaningless, because a coach's body language is important.
  8. It's a nervous habit. And yeah, it can work against him.
  9. Very, very, well put! I salute your extremely well placed compliment as well, Vorpma. Terrific work!
  10. Cultivating a "Mr. Positive" persona is wonderful. I love it! Only the best coaches can do it, ya know. It shows that they love each and every player, and translates to great team spirit! What could go wrong with such positive leadership? He CAN'T fail! He is just so positive! Anybody that questions his super duper positivity is just a loser. A super loser. And the players really respect it. They do! They think "wow, Coach Mickey D is just so positive that I gonna do my very, very best for him. It's like the pep rally's from high school." I've started clapping for my daughter as she approaches the car when I pick her up from school. When my wife burns my steak, I give her a round of applause! The postman rings twice, and I hug him as I leave for work. I recommend you do the same. Let's start giving positive vibes wherever we go. You think it doesn't matter, but if you clap for the bus driver when he opens the door, and clap when he gets your stop right...well, every little bit of encouragement helps. It's called LEADERSHIP! Say it again, like you mean it! This is all just part of the process of building a winner! Give this guy a few years, and he'll make the playoffs as a wildcard, then we'll all be Talkin' Proud!
  11. I'm excited to watch them lose with another good defense, this year.
  12. These seasonal "Brady/Pats/Belichick is done" threads could probably be compiled into a great coffee table book.
  13. Is there a WR you would "guarantee" would have caught that throw?
  14. Can't fool you, huh?
  15. They could open it up, but that would show that the cupboard is bare.
  16. The whole game would have been different. But then, Watkins would probably have been injured.
  17. When will the term "so and so is a 'beast' " finally jump the shark? It's getting to that level of over-usage, where terms like "groovy" and "sweet" once were.
  18. no they won't, it only holds 27,000.
