I've managed to not get caught up into this media circus. There is one important point, and only one. The Dolphins O-line just got even worse. All that matters to me. You guys go carry on your soap opera now...and keep up the guessing. You'll be right eventually.

I cant even watch the football shows this week...I'm so sick of the media milking this bullying thing...I just want to hear team / game analysis even if its not our team. I wonder if he was a bully ? I agree with the guys here saying he was more a victim of the leadership than personal failure. I liked having him around and yes...also get tired of all the "venom" spewed at him......(and many other non-deserving Bills) from our "cut everybody" type of fans.

I think he makes a valid point. What he says can and does happen. I think this is one of those things where good coaching comes into play. If a coach can keep his players motivated and playing their hearts out its only a matter of time for the wins to start piling up. So far, I think Coach Marrone has these kids playing hard and I'm not real concerned about them quitting. If they were to give up, The coach won't last long....but again I dont see this as a big concern at this point in time.

Not sure if its been mentioned but I'm kind of surprised Martin didnt stand up to Incognito. Even more surprised a teammate(s) didnt stand up and say...enough is enough. I think Martin is bigger than Incognito. It takes a certain personality but I'm surprised he didnt say...tomorrow...at this time we go at it and I'm gonna break your nose in front of this entire football team. I realize it wouldn't be the right thing to do but in the "salty" confines of a locker room mentality...not entirely out of line. A good ole fashioned 55 gallon drum ass-whoopin is probably just what Incognito needs.

When I was riding the scoot home this morning the guys on WGR were saying EJ was out there...doing drop-backs and throws and that he looked good in their eyes...for whatever thats worth. I'm guessing he returns after the bye but I'll be OK if its sooner than that !

None of us have anything to base these predictions on. The guy is a rookie with very little experience. What experience he has had was with no reps on a short week and being thrown into a fire which IMO was a major coaching flaw. Not a realistic data point IMO. I have nothing to go on as far as this is concerned but am hoping beyond hope that our staff see's something we have not seen in Jeff and feel he can perform well enough to not lose. Hey...we are beat up badly at the position and need to think positive. We can win this game I really believe we can and the QB is just one very small part of this team.

Its been very frustrating JR. Good grief, last year the screens to CJ were our most potent weapon nearly all season long. I just cannot for the life of me understand why this regime has all but abandoned that play. Especially against aggressive defenses as you suggest. BUT..be that as it may...there will be white pom-poms in the stands...and we are 2-1 in white pom-pom games. LOL !!

No. Uh uh. Not with this defense we arent. Not at home we arent. Thad/Tuel/Flynn only needs to manage this game for an easy 6 point victory. No way in hell are the Chiefs gonna beat this team. Remember....a QB does not a team make. Its gonna be a long trip home for the 6-1 Chiefs. Its a fore-gone conclusion.

My thoughts are he's taken a lot of 1st team reps and I expect big things from him Sunday, making a mess of a so-called good defense....and racking a convincing win against the most over-rated team in over a decade.

Unfortunately most of our fans are putting 100% of their evaluation on that Cleveland game. IMO...not fair since he probably didnt have any reps with the short week. Got thrown into the fire without warning. Perhaps a coaching fail more than anything ? Hey, I dont anticipate him being the next Johnny Unitas but with 1st team reps I am guessing he will be OK. All he needs to do is manage this game and he may well be capable of doing that. He'll need help from Hacket....a concern IMO. KC is not that good I dont care what the record says. This game will be won or lost on specials teams. Just move the chains Jeff, we'll be fine.

What is our white pom-pom record ?

According to the cleaning lady I spoke with, the Chiefs are looking past this opponent and they're gonna get "dusted" Sunday. She has wagered her mop collection on Buffalo. Her research also suggests the Bills will "sweep" the remainder of their schedule. Seems to think we will "clean" their clock and it will all come out in the "wash" even if there are injuries. So I'm going with her assessment. Its as good as any.

Well crap. I'll route for anyone...even Beerball at QB. We just gotta beat the Chiefs....and beat em bad just for good measure.
