  1. Sorry fellas but that right there was just plain funny. Seriously I hope EJ's pledge generates thousands !!
  2. Not just you. He definitely needs to settle down.
  3. Fer sher. They even have QB's listed(like Bridgewater) that have yet to take a real season snap. A silly list on many levels.
  4. His hair is too short.
  5. Listening to Mike Williams on the Bills web site it sounds like EJ had another great practice in Latrobe. Encouraging. He may be turning the corner. Sure hope so because if so this team is going to be a blast to watch this year...IMO.
  6. My comment wasn't a knock on EJ, it was complimenting Hoyer. True, he didnt play much but what I saw of him he looked in very good control of his offense. No way do I trade Hoyer if I'm the Browns. Just dont see that happening at all.
  7. I'm not certain Hoyer wouldn't be the starter if he landed here. It wont happen though so its just internet fodder on my (and our) part.
  8. Very much this. ^^^ Not bad at all for his very first NFL game. I am also a big fan of this kid, like the fella that just posted above me. Browns already are my #2 team but this makes it even better. I also believe Manziel will have a solid NFL career. Will he get hurt? Has every QB that has ever started been hurt? They pretty much all get hurt at some point. When Johnny Football gets hurt everyone will say...see told ya so !! LOL ~!
  9. All eyes will be on QB play. Might get a full quarter out of EJ ? Hope he lights it up. Please God....no injuries. Hope to spot a few diamonds in the rough that are low on the roster. Go Bills.
  10. He does have a small body of work though. Lets see how the rest of the pre-season goes, and the 1st quarter of the regular season. Get some more reps under his belt. I'm as concerned as anyone but lets see how it plays out. I really hope a light goes on sooner rather than later. We need solid play at the position to even have a remote chance of a winning season.
  11. You forgot about the coach Bro. Fire him too, and get rid of Hacket...and the whole bunch of em,. LOL !
  12. Definitely will have a blast. Just an awesome experience; especially for a first timer. Enjoy...and I hope you are talking about a BIG win on your ride home !!
  13. I knew at training camp last year that Hogan was a good player. This board hated on him huge. For whatever reason. Maybe because his name isnt Jerry Rice? Who knows? He is going to have a good career in the NFL provided he stays healthy. I sincerely hope he stays a Bill for a long long time.
  14. Yolo thanks for taking the time and effort to put all of this together. Great post, much appreciated.
  15. Oh man. All the best Astro. To you and your family. Prayers sent brother. Prayers sent. Get well girl.
  16. Good call. I like the kid a lot as a football player. I doubt he beats out Hoyer this year, but I much look forward to watching this kid play for the Browns when his time comes. If the media were what it is today back in the 60's, I reckon Namath would have been under similar scrutiny.
  17. This is exactly what I was thinking.
  18. I have to pull over to to the side of the road quite a bit. LOL !!
  19. Bang ! I miss the days of having a commish with a back-bone. Goodell must go. A lot of issues have popped up on his watch...because he is a wuss and can be taken advantage of by the political interest groups. Dont matter to me. I'm done with the NFL anyway but I'll still listen to my beloved Bills on the radio. While riding my motorcycle.
  20. Those teams he built back then were among the best teams ever. Just a great coach. Sorry to see him go. RIP and thanks for the great memories, coach.
  21. Yup, me too..... but I have to disagree with 1/32 of your above statement. And.....that would apply to the Patriots....but will probably never happen. Unfortunately ! lol !
  22. Heck I'll settle for back roads, dirt roads...anything !! I'm "routing" hard bro !!
  23. Agree. He's only started 6 games in his career. EJ has started 10. I dont think we really know what we have in either of them based on their limited PT. Their stats and rating are fairly similar so far. I'm routing for both of these guys to light it up. A QB controversy because they both look really good would be an excellent problem to have.
