I can't wait for all this silliness to be over. This trade up at all costs crowd suspended logic a few weeks ago and they are turning it upside down. At this point I think it would be great if the Bills gave up 1000 picks, traded up and their pick busted. It might be worth it to stop all the preaching. Probably not, but maybe. Making some sort of weird 3 way trade with Cle and NYG to move up and still be behind the Jets a month before the draft while not knowing who will be there makes less sense than trading Shady to the Nationals for Bryce Harper.

What I clearly meant was that as of now, he has no recourse to get a "top 3" QB. Yet many on here post over and over about trading with the Giants. It's just dumb IMO. If it is so amazingly important to ignore 52 roster spots to get your guy then why haven't the Giants discovered this in their 90-ish years of history? As as for your theory, the reality is that Browns at 1 and Giants at 2 were ALWAYS taking QB and never trading and the Colts have stated they did not want to move out of the top 10. In case you hadn't noticed, 12 is out of the top 10. In reality, the best case scenario for the Bills was to make three trades before the Jets, Dolphins, Broncos, or Cardinals made one. We don't have a top 3 pick but we blew it when we had the chance and took some loser named Bruce Smith. What ever happened to him?

It was right out of the comic book but IMO some things they've done previously in the TV show preclude it. It was dumb.

Actually he cannot move up because each of the top 3 teams will be selecting a QB. They control their picks and cannot be forced to trade by whiny whiners on a message board.

It could not be more irrelevevant if it tried. 3 QBs are very probably gonen with the first three picks of the draft. The owners of those picks are not going to trade and the Bills are unable to just pick someone at 2 or 3 by pushing an opposing GM down the stairs to the stage. It doesn't matter what you want, what I want or the consensus of the board thinks. The do whatever it takes crowd and the kick the can crowd are both powerless, but the power of whining seems strong.

Why would the Browns or Giants trade out if getting a QB is paramount?
