  1. Well part of it may be for the favor of taking Goff of their hands. Stafford for a 2nd....if we have to take Goff then give us two firsts with him.
  2. Before blaming the NFL, start with law enforcement.....then the NFL is fine to criticize. If Wheeler and Hill were cellmates the NFL wouldn’t have to do anything.
  3. Don’t bring up his name in the UFO thread. The crazies will be out to get you.
  4. Nothing for throwing Allen down well after the whistle which led him to flipping the ball I suppose?
  5. They should cut every guy who made a mistake at any point during the year. Every team should. When that happens we should sign Chase Young, Mahomes, Kittle, Aaron Donald and some other guys.
  6. 5th year, yes. I think that is the driver for trades. A team will give up far more significant value to move from 33 to 32 than they would from 34 to 33.
  7. The limited loss comes in if trading platforms prohibit other people from buying. It wasn’t just Robinhood that turned off GME and Robinhood still allowed trades on other stocks. They didn’t “shut off”.
  8. Without knowing what is going on today with the stock price, I’d agree that the stock was worth more than $5 and the shorters earned their fate, but most of the current stock price is based on the short squeeze, not the company fundamentals. What seems odd to me is that there are so many short positions that not only could the price be driven up that much but that it can sustain itself or a while. A takeaway for me is one of comedy. First and foremost that some on Wall Street could have the amount of hubris involved to think they are the only ones who understand numbers. They should be allowed to get what they deserve. Secondly, I find it funny that the Reddit people think they’ll be able to do this on the regular and that Wall Street won’t adjust. That’s pretty funny too. This is meant to be a market and in markets people adjust to equilibriums. It got out of whack, some people took advantage of that and now comes the adjustment. Unfortunately the dirty part comes into play as well. Robin Hood and others suspending trades in a company because of a short squeeze, epic as it may be, is not cool IMO. This is not a market adjusting to equilibrium. It is an obvious protection of some. If the shorters ultimately have unlimited upside and also know they will be protected on the downside, they can act with impunity and “decide” companies like GameStop can be run out of business.
  9. I know Skinner gets under people’s skin and maybe he did before that but IMO that is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay over the line and deserves: 1. A massive suspension. Just because the guy missed he should not ever be excused for that. A few inches and he literally could have killed him. Plus using a skate as a weapon should really be revocation of his man card. Hit him it you want to hit him. Your skate? Really? 2. The next time they play the Sabres need to hammer that guy.....like drop the gloves and all five go right after him hammer. I can see how it might have been missed during the game because it wasn’t obvious like Lucic/Miller but it was bad and they can’t let it slide. My expectation is a fat zero from Bettman. Let’s hope Ralph noticed.
  10. If a QB starts to get projected at 30-32 in January it usually means he ends up going 11-20. They always move way up. I know Allen will be a cap hit soon but no way do I think Beane takes a QB at 30. Do you like Bama so much that you want to dump Josh? Geez.
  11. Lol at “cares only about winning” unless you’re talking about winning the award for most self promotional.
  12. The most interesting guy to me is Trey Adams because he probably has the highest upside even if odds are low.
  13. Remember the game changing can’t miss ultra talent named Tavon Austin? The Rams keep trying to forget him.
  14. How's this?: They hated the nails on a chalkboard sound of the Jimi Hendrix wannabe loser KC trotted out there. That doesn't sound too political to me.
  15. It’s not all the running backs. The line is built for pass blocking and usually does that well...today, not so much. Barry Sanders would be meh with this run blocking.
  16. Our line is built for pass blocking. Singletary has a place but it is a tight fit. They could use a dynamic, quick pass catching guy back there. Alvin Kamara doesn’t grow on trees.
  17. It’s like 10 years after the Sabres did nothing for Miller and they are still doormats. It can be very reasonably argued that that play started the slide into what they became. The best t8me to answer something like that is: immediately. They really only need three. Mahomes, douche Kelce and the child beating thug that wears number 10. Jail is likely to remove Hill before the salary cap does.
  18. He was thrown to the ground after the whistle. Maybe you want him to curl up in the fetal position?
  19. Lots can happen. I’d like to improve and beat them as they currently stand. Honestly though Hill will probably land in jail at some point and that would drastically change their offense.
  20. Not me. KC guy threw Josh to the ground post whistle and got all bent when he got a ball flipped at him. He taunted and got exactly what he deserved. Most of the dirty stuff came from KC. Punches thrown Sorensen is a douche, the flinging of Diggs. Our OL stood up for our QB and will again. It is far better than the way the Sabres hung Ryan Miller out to dry after “piece of s$&*” Lucic ran him.
  21. 100% but they didn’t do nearly enough today. Douche Kelce and the child beater killed them. It was eye opening. Milano was easily exploited all day, we had no pass rush and Tre was not great either. Obviously KC is elite but we need more. I think Star opting out hurt our scheme all year and we mostly made the best of it. I’m not sure where we can get the following: An elite pass rusher Some solidification/depth on the DL in the middle. Is that Star? Better linebackers. I am very pro Edmunds and Milano has a place but not at the price he will require. Drafting someone there would be my preference. On O we’re pretty clearly generally in good shape. I worry about Brown’s longevity and the run blocking. A legit TE wouldn’t hurt. We’re better than almost every team in the league but a few steps behind KC.
