Is Donte Fowler still available? SIGN HIM NOW
4merper4mer replied to nosejob's topic in The Stadium Wall
Have you not discerned that AJ is this year’s escape goat for the shiny object clan? -
You prefer the Swede Heston Kjerstad I take it?
-
Not sure but I think he’s a Scorpio with Jupiter rising.

I scrolled back up and disagreed based solely on reading your post. Everyone in here thinks they are are some sort of genius GM in the making or thinking that other teams draft players simply to block the Bills because Beane always addresses “every position except one” pre-draft. It’s ridiculous. Well we need a left tackle but let’s take a corner just to screw Beane. Right. That exactly what’s going on in other draft rooms. You nailed it.

If they can’t find him when practice starts will they send an intern down Abbott to the bowling alley to see if he’s there?

NFL is considering some rule changes in 2025
4merper4mer replied to ryguy101's topic in The Stadium Wall
Until they change the “Taylor Swift’s boyfriend automatically advances to the Super Bowl to enhance ratings” rule, it’s all just window dressing. -
Was he on the Texans? Cardinals? I don’t see anything about this guy either. Plus he has a chick name.

Chiefs and Commanders tampering with Ronnie Stanley

To be fair, Bosa’s nose WAS in the neutral zone again. -
Von Miller says hello.

He’s also a self promotional look at my cute sack dance type of guy.

Multi step rumor from sources deep within 1. Allen for Mahomes straight up in early July 2. Both teams get crushing cap hits to make it happen. They each have to cut a huge number of players. 3. Since it is July, most teams rosters/caps are set so both teams re-sign all the cut guys on vet minimum contracts 4. Reverse the Allen/Mahomes trade 5. Both teams have tons of cap for 2026 and beyond without damaging their 2025 chances

They’re also going to run it back with Ryan O’Hearn, Tyler O’Neill and every journeyman they can find to stunt the growth of Kjerstad, Mayo and more. That manager and GM have to go.

Today is the weirdest day on the NFL calendar

Oops. I capitalized the word noon improperly. Friggin grammar police. -
People who live where an extra letter u gets added to every word should not throw stones.

Best NFL player ever if you only consider players whose name sounds like a breakfast cereal.

Given your screen name I’d have thought you might understand time zones but I guess not. -

The funky dink? No. I think it got autocorrected. The time of day? West Coast is three hours behind East Coast. Facts. Under your rules players would be signed already because it is well past Noon in London and the NFL plays there. -

That’s a you problem. My mind went to those plastic pictures you used to put in the stove. Maybe like a tie dye version instead of the normal picture of a bunny rabbit or something. -

I swear I typed rinky dink but funky dink seems like a phrase that should have been used by now. Right. It starts at Noon. East Noon is before West Noon therefore advantage East. -

Seattle is on the West coast and three hours behind. -
First: “Legal tampering”. That’s a stupid name. Call it “unofficial negotiating period” or something more accurate. Second: You just know that there has already been a ton of “not so legal tampering” but everyone looks the other way. Third: It starts at Noon which should be a gigantic and unfair advantage for teams in the East. If not for the illegal tampering we know is going on, the West coast teams would be having a hissy fit. The Cardinals especially since Arizona doesn’t do daylight savings. I doubt Beane would use this to his advantage if a West coast team beats him to a guy before it is noon there, but it would be interesting. I could see Kraft and Vrabel doing this and turning in the Seahawks or someone. The NFL probably likes this stuff because it creates headlines and clicks, but it feels funky dink.

Shouldn’t you say “whatever ‘er is”?

Try Dodgers.
