  1. Neither is death. The Vikings had a player die in practice due to heat. The league might have a teenie tiny issue if that happens in a game because a team wants an edge.
  2. Sorry dude but Knox has a long history of dumb plays….and I like Knox. He pretty much cost us the Texans playoff game if you go back and look. He had a dumb false start, three plays where Allen had to realign him pre-snap which led to hurried pace and more. He made what could have ended up being a game losing mistake yesterday and got bailed out. There are 100% some plays where I think McK screwed up. The kickoff fumble against Indy was real bad IMO. The examples being used from yesterday are weak. The flip to me was 50/50 because Josh didn’t even seem sure what he was doing until he actually did it. The EZ play was something that happens at times to every player in the league and had nothing to do with awareness. He slipped trying to adjust. And titling a thread “dummy” is a lot lot different than “liability” or even “incompetent”.
  3. I just don’t see taking the risk with Anderson, He is one of the biggest idiots in the whole league. His Antonio Brown like exit from yesterday’s game wasn’t really a total shock to anyone paying attention. We’ll disagree on him. I do agree that an additional outside threat would be nice and am skeptical that it can be Stevenson upon his return.
  4. This thread’s title is an ad hominem and you’re trying to back it up while accusing others of ad hominems? Shirley McKenzie is starting because Crowder, and to some extent Kumerow are hurt. The only “solution” at this point is a rookie who himself has shown suspect awareness in critical spots. Logic is not working in your favor here. The play to Knox required pinpoint accuracy which thankfully Allen delivered. Had Knox read the situation correctly it is a layup. Johnson, Hamlin and Neal weren’t exactly “aware” during JuJu’s TD. Luckily we left Johnson in there.
  5. I’m not saying I’m an advocate but it seems as if the Bills may have their eye on another WR with “personality” who, although self promoting, require little to know locker room check keeping. I’d prefer him to Anderson by a long way. I’m sure if the Bills are inclined there will be other options as well.
  6. A real nice problem especially with Benford at 4.
  7. Smith is a common name. Hang onto it. Oops beat me to it.
  8. If we got a tanker full of gasoline for six bucks it would be a bargain price until our building burned down. Why would you want to introduce a giant douche like Anderson into a locker room like ours?
  9. Rosen is available
  10. You get your big shot and sleep?
  11. So in other words they probably won’t be getting it together?
  12. The point……which you missed…..is that it is unnecessary to feel the need to find someone to bash in the first place. There is a difference between a coherent discussion of details and starting a thread simply to pile on a player with name calling.
  13. Agreed. I think the horse race guys are amazing too. 100+ horses a day and a different batch of 100 the next.
  14. Lol he tripped trying to adjust to the ball while a near full speed. We also left points off the board o that drive by not running on either 2nd or 3rd after motor got 7 on first and the push had been there all day. Fire Dorsey too? Or is McKenzie the entire reason for that stalled drive?
  15. I’m not saying he is the perfect player but starting threads for the sole purpose of calling a player that has contributed a dummy is ridiculous. People piling on in the thread…..almost as ridiculous. It’s happened with Edmunds for quite a while. He is having a strong year so on we move to another target. It’s stupid. And if we’re going to call someone out fine, but at least be accurate. The end zone throw was on Allen, not McK. It was at worst a 50/50 split. Should we dump on Allen? Obviously not, but let’s not be inaccurate about what happened on that play in an effort to bash someone else. And the OO bounds “debacle”? Shirley. He had to outrun three guys for 50 yards with heatstroke to get a whiff of the sideline on that play. Right now he is playing ahead of a rookie….it may not last long but that rookie blew a pivotal block when Gabe was out……and don’t forget 6 is only in because Crowder is out….and Crowder hasn’t exactly been on point thus far. He is supposed to be a gadget player and Crowder’s backup. Don’t make up crap about him being expected to be Beasley plus. His contract indicates nothing of the sort nor did his role before Crowder’s injury.
  16. He had a rough game yesterday. Not all of it was on him as it is being painted. The End zone throw was behind him and he slipped. It followed two consecutive bad play calls. If you’re going to dump guys every time they have a tough game you are going to have a small roster. Shouldn’t we cut all 3 guys that missed the JuJu tackle too? Seriously? Rumors about bad grades in college? Shirley
  17. How were his hands in Foxboro last year?
  18. The end zone drop on the ball thrown behind him after we ran for 7 yards on first down then threw on 2nd and 3rd? Yup we have to blame one guy for all of those things I suppose.
  19. People pointing out that people saying cringe worthy is cringe worthy is cringe worthy.
  20. I agree with that assessment of Romo. He is good for big fans and casual fans alike. I think that is the difference. Tim McCarver was always seen as a great baseball analyst but he’d just explain overly simplistic things as if someone was watching their first game. That’s fine but not enough. Romo does both.
  21. Edmunds may be relieved that a new target has been selected. Saying that any player is dialed in at all times is silly. I’ll grant that McKenzie may be “dialed out” more often than others, but it isn’t as if he hasn’t contributed. Would we have won the division last year if he hadn’t put up that performance at NE? Dialed in all the time huh?. Knox, who you named, went the wrong way on the game winning TD and Josh threw a dot anyway. If Knox went the right way it was a layup. This is not meant as some sort of Knox bash, rather just saying that it happens.
  22. He looks super old. It’s like he has aged 25 years in the last 3 years.
  23. The Bills are 5-1 and just beat their “chief” rival on the road and your reaction is to think up derogatory nicknames for our players? Nice.
  24. Isn’t the Rams next first rounder in 2073?
