  1. Why? Does standing up make it harder for the other team to score? I'll never forget a couple of years ago when during a similar thread, someone kept insisting that you can yell louder when standing up versus sitting down.
  2. Yeah you're right, that must be the case.
  3. Did I say that you have to remain seated the whole game or remain silent? I was talking about THE ONLY IDIOTS in the entire upper deck on the Bills side who wanted to stand for the entire game. Maybe if they want to stand and watch the game, they should be the ones staying at home, not me. They can stand in their living room from morning until night for all I care.
  4. I went to dozens of games during the glory years and don't ever remember standing for the whole game or even the majority of the game.
  5. Last time I went they had no loganberry at all. I thought they had dropped it from their menu completely. PS Anyone who rates Taco Bell over Might Taco and then gives the very overrated and overpriced Anchor Bar a has some issues.
  6. Yeah they are worth a chuckle as long as they aren't tripping over you, spilling their beer on you or puking on you. Luckily at least for yesterday, I escaped all 3 of these scenarios.
  7. No doubt about it. I should have known better.
  8. Disclaimer...I like to have a good time and a few beers when going to the game, but despite the new code of conduct, nothing has changed. I saw a group of guys(4 in one row and 3 in the row directly in front of them) in the upper deck around the 30 yard line stand for the entire first half and a lot of the 2nd half. It wasn't like they were cheering wildly, just standing for the sake of standing. If I didn't know better, I'd swear they were just doing it, hoping that someone would challenge them on it. They didn't block my view as I was one section over, but I would have been pissed if I was right behind them. So much for the part about the "excessive standing" part of the new code of conduct. http://www.buffalobills.com/facility/FanCodeofConduct.jsp Also, more so than guys, I saw numerous "20 something girls" absolutely bombed, both outside the stadium before the game and inside the stadium during the game. PS Great win for the Bills and a big FU to the weather forecasters. I checked the weather on Saturday night and the forecast was for partly sunny skies. I wake up Sunday morning and leave for the game and it could not have been a more perfect weather day with the skies as blue as can be...until game time! It is safe to say I didn't have any rain gear with me
  9. Why? He contributes noting sports related and has aspirations of being a stand up comic.
  10. Could someone please provide a link to the fact that Peters is fat and out of shape? If not, stop making crap up just because you don't like the fact that he held out of camp.
  11. but but but...I thought he was throwing his nfl career away?
  12. This can't be...I read numerous times here that Peters is throwing away his NFL career?
  13. The best part of that play was London Fletcher laying out Woody(in the background). At least I believe it was Woody and Fletcher.
  14. This makes no sense at all. If his surgery didn't go well and he was still hurt, he would still show up and GET PAID under the terms of his current contract instead of sitting home and NOT GET PAID. hmmmm.
  15. Nobody really knows what weight Schobel or any other DE is playing at, but IF his play is lacking and he appears to be getting pushed around, this is the first question that will be asked.
  16. Fantastic idea. You have any more that you want to share.
  17. Maybe this is the same doctor that gave Tim Connolly a clean bill of health which in turn led to a 3 year 10 mil contract which was then followed by him missing the entire season due to said concussion.
  18. I was listening to the sirius nfl channel when they announced this as "breaking" news. Where is the news? A former NFL QB who won't sign a contract to be a backup(he had at least 2 offers, GB and another team) and turned both down because he wanted to compete for a starting job. He was unemployed the entire offseason and is still unemployed today. Who cares! The season starts tonight and Shein and Wilcots couldn't stop droaning on about Culpepper.
  19. Give it a rest already. How is he throwing away his career in the NFL? He isn't the first guy to hold out(including the regular season) and he won't be the last. His future may not be with the Bills depending on how this plays out, but he still will have a long NFL career unless there is something going on behind the scenes that hasn't been made public yet.
  20. Schoop only talks about the Sabres because the games are carried on WGR. If not, it would be non stop tennis and baseball followed by anything non sports related. Sirius radio is a wonderful thing.
