  1. Leverage against Erie County with lease negotiations around the corner. "See...everything is falling apart...even the A/V in the media room!".
  2. I think between Wannstedt now in charge as DC, the addition of Mario, and hopefully Kyle being able to stay healthy, this may finally be the year where the Bills make a huge jump in the defensive rankings.
  3. Is Schobel planning on coming back at 230 pounds or whatever he weighed when he retired? I'll pass. He bailed on the Bills two years ago. F*** him.
  4. So if Merriman is a bust and gets released in training camp, does Williams get pissed, and ask to have his contract voided? Merriman being on the team had ZERO to do with Williams signing on the dotted line.
  5. It's amazing how Williams signing changes everyone's feelings on Juice Merriman. He is done. He is never going to be the player that he was when juicing. They got sucked into counting on him last year, and had no Plan B. It won't happen again.
  6. Let this thread run wild! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
  7. WOW... http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/03/15/titans-owner-offers-peyton-a-contract-for-life/
  8. Are you counting the 5000 posts with the word "YES!" in them, that will come right after he is signed?
  9. I have this image of Ralph busting out of a box as it comes off the truck.
  10. ...and this could not go in the pinned Mario thread why?
  11. The fiancee tour should have consisted of the Galleria Mall, NF Outlet Mall, Wegmans, and the nicest house they could find on the market in OP, or a visit with a builder to show her what $500k buys you in WNY.
  12. Are we talking about finding a legit #2 WR, or guys for the practice squad who have good measurables, but haven't done squat at the NFL level?
  13. So what are your suggestions for a #2 WR?
  14. So Manningham would not be a huge step up from Easley who has done NOTHING at the NFL level?
  15. Bottom line...the Bills need playmakers. He may not have the skill set that Meachem has and the Bills desire, but they need guys who can step in and play come September. Not a bunch of guys who are better suited for WR 4-5-6, or a draft choice that may take several years to develop.
  16. Right where he excels...in the slot!
  17. As someone who follows schleps like Shilens because I play fantasy football, let me say that for 3 years I have been hearing he is going to break out. I'll pass.
  18. This nightmare scenario was just bouncing around in my head... Littman enters the room, starts nitpicking over a few thousand dollars and Mario gets up and walks out.
  19. The Bills and Gailey have had two years to analyze Jones, Easley and Roosevelt. If they felt that any of them could become the #2 WR they wouldn't have been so aggressive going after Meachem. My guess is they sign Robinson or Manningham(assuming they want similar or less money than what they offered to Meachem), and then draft a LT at #10(assuming Williams signs on as a Bill). I think they feel very good about Nelson as a #3(slot WR).
  20. As today unfolds, this just crossed my mind. Maybe the Bills don't like playing second fiddle to Pegula and Black.
