    At least two posters have come to the conclusion that many of the late flags were a direct result of players "begging" for a call. I'd love to see some proof of this. More likely what fans are seeing is a ref who for whatever reason doesn't get the flag out of his pocket quickly....and therefore assumes it is a "late" flag. That being said, believe what you may.

    What does that solve? Isn't Rex the one calling the plays on defense?

    I agree and take it one step further. Even if you gesture with your hands outstretched as in "where is the flag", you also get flagged.

    Square peg...round hole. Rex needs to figure out a way to maximize the skills of the players handed to him. If he refuses to do that, than either Whaley or Rex should go. Your GM and HC need to be working in harmony.

    So as one of your two key DT's goes off with an injury, the other one walks off with him. Not even sure when he came back in because most of the time he is invisible.

    I didn't like the contract when it was signed. I don't think Dareus is enough of an impact player to warrant this kind of a cap hit. Combine that wth his off the field troubles and I believe the Bills will regret this commitment. If he ends up 1st team all pro year after year(which is what the expectations should be considering the salary), I will say I was wrong.

    Consider how players act during the game(after a play is made), and then tell me why you would be surprised by this rumor. Regardless of what college they attended, most are not the sharpest tools in the shed.

    So he has no ability with his 4.4 speed to get out of the pocket? I would think he has better skills to make broken plays and not look like Drew Bledsoe in the pocket.
