In theory...how is a team that practices in an indoor facility all week long built for games in inclement weather?

How did the Bills end up with 4 home games from Thanksgiving weekend until the end of the season? Don't teams have some say as to their schedule? I would think the Bills would have objected to half of their home games being in late November and December?

Close the ranks? The main reason these idiots are doing these "stunts" is so they can get their 5 minutes of fame as an internet viral sensation.

Until they show they can field a competent product, they will continue to be a joke from the top down(as they have for the past 17 years)...The Pegula's, Brandon, Whaley, the coaching staff and all the players. No one should be immune from blame of this cluster****.

I am pretty sure this is wrong. The last time the Bills played the NFC South in 2013, they were at New Orleans and Tampa. This means in 2017, they are at Carolina and Atlanta, and home to the Saints and Bucs.

That's not what you said. You implied that the owner has total control over hiring and firing of coaches regardless of what the GM wants.... which is how we ended up with Bozo as our HC.

So you know for a fact that the majority of owners have Monday morning meetings with their head coach...each and every week? ...and you think it is okay that the owners and not the GM are in charge of hiring and firing coaches? Defend the practice all you want. If the Pegula's and Brandon need to know why Taylor sucked, why the defense allowed a 200 yard rusher, or why the Bills can't beat teams with winning records, they are looking to become meddling owners, and chances are Rex is going to BS them anyways. You really think his answers are any different than the crap coaches spew at their post game press conferences?

What exactly needs to be explained to the owner that he already didn't see by watching the game? The only person Ryan should be meeting with other than coaches to review the game is Whaley. Not Brandon, not the owners nor any other staff on the business side of the house.

At the risk of repeating myself, the first step that has to be made is the one where the Pegula's never again have any input on anything related to football operations...short of hiring someone to run said operations, and even then, hopefully they would reach out to the most respected minds in the NFL to help them find this person. After that is done...GET THE F*** OUT OF THE WAY!

While Brandon deserves the criticism he is getting in this thread and others, Pegula needs to also be criticized. A coaching candidate is tipped off that Pegula likes red wine, and uses it to his advantage to gain favor with gullible ownership? You've got to be freakin' kidding me!!! Pegula(s) need to stay the hell out of the coaching interviews next time around...and stay away from anything in football operations. The Sabres aren't anywhere near the playoffs 6 years into the Pegula era, and the Bills continue to be mired in mediocrity closing in on 20 years.
