  1. While Peters is the extreme in terms of bad character, sooner or later McD will have to compromise on his choir boy criteria. It's more a question of a solid group of core guys who can keep the knuckleheads in line.
  2. Bold? The combine will start on 2/27 The combine will end on 3/5
  3. Doesn't matter how many threads you post this in, there is ZERO chance the Bills take two QB's with #21 and #22.
  4. There have been many above average QB's who are not "HoF worthy". Doesn't mean you kick him to the curb and continue to play QB roulette.
  5. Reportedly one of the biggest knuckleheads in the NFL. No thank you...no matter what the circumstances are.
  6. Why settle for whatever QB is left at 4? Why not identify the guy you love the most, and take him #1 overall.
  7. If the Bills ever traded up into the top 5, and passed on Mayfield to draft a RB, my head would probably explode.
  8. I didn't say trade both picks. I said move one. If you look at the holes on this team, and knowing that you don't hit on every pick, I'm all in favor of picking up an extra 3 to move down a few spots in the first round...assuming their is a group of players the Bills have graded close to the same, and you know one of those 6-8 guys will still be there in a trade down.
  9. If the Bills have a group of around 8 players they like in the last 1/3 of the first round, would you move 21 or 22, and trade down to somewhere late in the first round(27-30), and also pick up a 3rd from that team. PS This is assuming the Bills don't make a bold move and jump up to grab Mayfield.
  10. I really want Mayfield unless something unusual is revealed at the combine or his pro day. If he slides beyond the top 5, GO GET HIM.
  11. I think Jackson has the biggest bust factor as a NFL QB. The only upside in drafting him, is if he busts at QB, there is a chance you could move him to another position(RB/WR hybrid??)...assuming he would be willing.
  12. If it is more important that we get compensatory picks instead of signing the best players for the 53 man roster, the Bills are in big trouble. All this compensatory pick stuff is overblown. If it works out that they get an extra pick, great. If not, no big deal. I don't want Beane to forego signing players to improve the team, just so the Bills can have an extra 5th round pick that more or likely will be camp fodder.
  13. I like Mayfield a lot(more than all other QB prospects in this draft) and wish the Bills could get him, but I don't see them giving up what it is going to take to move from the low 20's into possibly the top 3. Now if Mayfield slips to around 10, I think the trade up price is a lot more reasonable.
  14. ^^^ This. Maybe...they would bring 4 QB's to mini-camp, but it's a long shot for them to bring more than 3 to training camp. Just not enough snaps to go around.
  15. I saw a couple with a monster sized Great Dane in Lowe’s last week. Legit? Who knows?
  16. Foles is worth more to the Eagles in 2018 as an insurance policy than what they are going to get in a trade. Other than his one miracle year under Chip Kelly(27 TD's and 2 INT's), and a couple of really good playoff games this year, he has put up 34 TD's and 27 INT's(career numbers minus the year previously mentioned). So how much is a team going to give up(in a trade and then a new contract) for this soon to be 30 year old?
  17. Wentz isn't even two months into his recovery. You want to send Foles packing in the next month or two, only too find out that Wentz has a setback around training camp time?
  18. That the Colts inked 3 McDaniel's "guys" to their coaching staff is laughable. Maybe next time, hold off until the new HC signs his contract. Now they are stuck with them... http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2018/02/06/report-three-assistants-josh-mcdaniels-hired-are-staying-with-colts/ lol
  19. It's not like he is under contract for 5 more years. He has 1 year, and then he and his agent can go test the waters. If he goes to Philly with trade demands this offseason, I tell him to go pound salt.
  20. Bledsoe got off to a great start in Buffalo(2nd game...OT road win against the Vikings). Overall, despite having some great weapons in Moulds, Price and Evans, his Buffalo stay had more downs than ups. His lack of mobility and bad decision making had a big part in that. 3 seasons... 55 TD's, 43 INT's & 140 sacks.
  21. Why would the Eagles even entertain trading him? 1 - He just proved in the playoffs how valuable an above average backup is. 2 - He is on a team friendly deal for next year. 3 - Most important...will Wentz be ready for the 2018 season, and even if he does start in the opener, how long before he is 100%, or what if he has a setback?
  22. Why do you need a SB win to gain the motivation to clean up the city? If it is that big of a concern for you, stop by the east side and start today. Let me know if you can get any of the locals to pitch in and help you...or if they choose to rob you instead? lol
  23. ...I still say if Butler was such a douche and broke curfew blah blah blah, how come Mr. Tough Guy didn't deactivate him for the game?
  24. Who is taking the AFCE away from them in 2018? Answer...no one.
  25. Catch ball, two feet on the ground...IT'S A CATCH. Stop with the football move, the ball moved two inches, maintain control all the way to the ground, and most important, stop with the frame by frame slo-mo replay.
