I would have loved for Mayfield to end up with the Bills and I stayed such prior to the draft.
Kudos to the Browns. For once, they didn’t screw up the QB pick.
Mayfield and who???
i think there is a better chance that 4 out of the 5 qb’s drafted in the 1st round last year end up as nothing special(Mayfield being the exception) compared to Nelson who after 1 season appears to be very special...and should receive a lot of consideration for offensive RotY.
Really early, but you are possibly looking at a HoF guard. Which of the 5 QB’s can you say that about?
So if the NYG had a RB as the highest rated player on the board when it was their turn to draft in the 1st round, you really believe that are drafting the RB even though they drafted Barkley last year?
I don’t think so.
What say you?
I don’t think Beane has the clout to tell him who to fire, and McClappy like most HC are loyal to a fault with their assistants. I think they both stay.
The Carolina connection carries on. If they really need him to act as a mentor, then I’d conclude that the QB coach is not doing his job.
Seems like they just just handed him a contract for coming out of retirement in 2018.
I like how everyone claims McCarthy is awful. Two years ago when the Bills were looking for a coach, if McCarthy had been available, the clamoring for him would have been over the top.
I'd be shocked if RWS is even half full.
Anyone who was on the fence about not going to another meaningless late December game, is not changing their mind because it is Kyle's last game.
The question isn't going to be, will Beane have to overpay on the FA market(he most definitely will), but rather, can the FA's he brings in prove to be viable starters.
I voted for a L, but more important, I hope the Bills finish in the same place in division standings as the Titans, so I can make a roadie to Nashville IN 2019!
Allen’s two INT’s were HORRIBLE...and without significant rushing yards his performances become well below average.
He needs a LOT of improvement at the start of next season just to be a middle of the pack QB.
Me too. If Barkley can continue to show that he can step in when needed, and play at a competent level, I'm all for bringing him back as a #2 next season.
You don't believe he can be critical of the team without going "Full Chuck Dickerson Mode"?
You don't blame him for talking in circles without saying anything? I wish I could have that job. lol
