  1. ...and yet I hold out hope that the Pats win on Sunday and he calls it a career. Why the heck does he want to play until 45? He has all the accolades he'll ever desire, including becoming a first ballot HoF'er. Get out while you have your health.
  2. If McD is okay with it, I guess I would lessen my stance, but as a HC I doubt he would make his true feelings known...especially if he isn't in favor of it.
  3. I have a lot of respect for Kelly and his cancer battle, but I really don't need him telling Josh Allen all of the things in Kelly's mind, that he is doing wrong. I might feel different if Allen sought him out for advice, but that doesn't seem to be the case. The guy can't seem to let go. Allen will end up being a head case. He has coaches telling him what to do, Palmer telling him what to do & now Kelly wants to tell him what he needs to do. BN: What do you think of Josh Allen? JK: I think he’s the real deal. He needs the quarterback coach, the offensive coordinator to get in his mind. I have already talked to him and told him we need to sit down this offseason. ... I need to tell him some things that I saw that he was not doing that he needs to make sure are instilled in his mind, that I don't know if he's been told. I never want to tramp on anybody's feet right, but we'll sit down, I'll go over some things with him. (Kelly said he intends to give the specifics to Allen rather than making them public.) I'm excited about him because his personality is what you need in Buffalo. He's a hardworking SOB. It’s everything I love to see, but he can't do it alone. https://buffalonews.com/2019/01/25/buffalo-bills-jim-kelly-josh-allen-pro-bowl-kyle-williams-one-on-one-coverage-vic-carucci-nfl-football/
  4. The Packers have had 2 HoF QB’s and 2 SB championships over the last ~20 years. The Bills have had neither over the last twenty years. Yeah...real similar. ?
  5. Go back to sudden death. You don't win the coin flip, then play defense and force the other team to punt. If not, you lose...even on a FG. I don't like the way they do it now, let alone making additional changes so that it is "fair" to the team that can't stop anyone.
  6. Clearly they can't enforce it by the letter of the law. Much like there is OL holding on every play, there is hand fighting on every pass play between the DB and the WR. If they allow that ticky tack stuff to be reviewed and enforced, teams will save their challenges for the 4th quarter, heave bombs, and if no catch or no flag, throw the challenge for a potential 40-50 yard gain. It is somehow going to have to be written in the rules that the PI has to be blatant(good luck defining that). They may regret going down the road of opening up replay challenges to more plays than currently allowed.
  7. It seems like every WR in the league does it several times a game....and it should be considered unsportmanlike conduct. All they are doing is showing up the officials.
  8. Speak for yourself. Punks like Talib, Suh & Peters have me cheering for the Patriots. Also, I continue to hold out hope that one more SB championship will nudge Brady into retirement.
  9. So what happens when clock strikes 0:00 and the game is still tied. Excellent idea.
  10. The team giving up there home game makes more money? The NFL makes money? what about the extra travel expenses?
  11. I call bull#### on those who say you won’t watch. As a football fan, you follow the sport all year and then when it gets to the biggest spectacle in sports, you do something else? Then when everyone is talking about the game the next day, you chime in with how you watched Seinfeld reruns instead? Or how you spent the day at the antique store with your wife? lol
  12. B & B have had a great run like none before them. Nothing to hate about that. Just envy.
  13. What is the point of 4 games in the UK? Does Goodell really believe that have this is “growing the game”?
  14. So who is on the fix? Players? Refs? Owners? Coaches? Stupid thread. Nothing more than human error.
  15. I'd be okay with it, but it would have to be a zero tolerance policy with him...any trouble of any sort(even late for a practice) and your gone. Also, he would have to commit to being involved with anti-domestic violence groups.
  16. ...yes he is posting over there, but it's Bills related items in their all encompassing Bills thread.
  17. I volunteer to help out a local charity at the Walden Galleria during the holiday season. You'd be surprised how many people say, "I have no cash on me". Not sure if they really have no cash on them, or were just lying to keep from donating. lol
  18. On a somewhat related subject... I was thinking today, who will be the last one standing(Beatles, Beatles who were given the boot, & Beatles homewrecker; lol)... Pete Best Ringo Sir Paul Yoko
  19. A mock draft that goes up to the Bills pick, but doesn't make a pick for the Bills? I'm confused....what's the point?
  20. Phillys refusal to blitz is going to be their downfall.
  21. OP...You are "seething" over an article written by an out of towner? You might want to consider getting help for anger management issues.
  22. This survey means nothing. If I was a betting man, I'd bet the house that the Pegula's have already decided not only what kind of stadium they want(open air or dome), but also the location. Just my guess...it will end up being a dome stadium(no retractable roof) somewhere near the Key Bank Center.
